This is the worst pest service company I have ever had. This is My fifth house and I’ve had many pest service companies. I even had a person who was one of my dad’s friends who used to work for Sears be one of my pet service companies. Out of all these places this was the worst it wasn’t even comparable. You have to call several times to get an answer. The technician showed up a month late for my normal quarterly service. I had to call to figure out when they were coming and threaten to cancel for them to come. Then I make another appointment and they don’t show up twice. The technician never called before he came he just showed up both times he actually came. I called to cancel and they didn’t even care. It was like they’d heard this all before. Well I am now getting ready to call Terminix which I should’ve used before because they did excellent job at my house before this one. I really only signed up for this service because of the Taexx system installed in my house. Terminix told me these don’t really work well and I believe them now. I do not know the difference between the houses or the pest companies but I’ve seen more bugs in this home. I have never been so happy to cancel something in all of my life. This company is not reliable and it does not seem to care. They just rope you in with the installation of the Taexx system in new houses.

We love Home Team. We have the TAEXX system installed in our home and we are serviced every 3 months. They knock down any webs on the outside as well as any wasp or hornets nests. If ants are in our yard (front and/​or back) they get treated as well. We usually get a kid named Joey and he is extremely pleasant and sometimes another tech named Eric but whoever they send out will always ask how things are in the house or if we have any concerns. The one thing we also like about them is that the treatment they use outside of our home will not harm any of our 3 dogs once dry.
The office staff also are extremely pleasant to deal with. Once when they were out servicing he forgot to knock down a wasp nest and I called the office to let them know and they immediately sent him back out to correct the situation within the hour. They are a very customer friendly company and we have never had an issue with them at all. We have been with Home Team Pest Defense for about 4 years now and are very happy.

Gave them many chances to correct my issues, couldn’t even keep the appointments that they promised. The office staff is really friendly but the service guy Joey, as well as the salesman Dick Martin didn’t deliver.
Maybe better management or scheduling system should be put into place.
