Hyatt House Dallas Richardson

As soon as we walked into the hallway it was so fresh, bright and clean. The rooms are also HUGE! I have stayed at Hyatt and Hyatt Place before. I was unaware that Hyatt House was an apartment style hotel. My husband and I are very VERY pleased and will book Hyatt House again.

Great location, clean and spacious room. Will definitely stay here again.

I don’t stay anywhere else in the Dallas area but here. The location is great– many different restaurants near to choose from. The room is well kept, spacious, and all of the kitchenware is clean. The refrigerators are also well kept and includes an ice maker. The «living space» is one of the best «living spaces» from a hotel– furniture looks almost new. The flat screen is able to turn around the face the «bedroom» area. The beds are very comfortable, very clean sheets, great pillows. There’s a nice sized closet. The bathroom is one of the most well kept bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a hotel– no signs of water damage anywhere (Thank you Lord). Also, when entering the room the temperature isn’t too cold or too hot. I’ve been here during the summer and winter and never had to adjust the setting.
My ONLY complain is the so called «cribs». I would suggest bringing your own pack and play… the one they brought to my room was a wreck. However, it wasn’t a problem since I brought a pack and play just in case.
The breakfast was great– I suggest you get down there early other wise it’s a rat race. The staff are very helpful and kind.
Oh, an added bonus: room service is amazing. The food was very delicious-​I ended up calling twice in one night!

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, huge beds, excellent customer service, nice sized pool, exercise room, & basketball court. We stayed in building 3 & the first night we stayed there, I flipped through all the channels & noticed there was maybe 10 or 11 so I talked to the lady at the front desk & I can’t remember what the reason was that she gave, but irregardless… if you love to watch TV, don’t stay in building 3!

Stayed in this hotel for a week and loved it. Great location nice and friendly staff and very clean. I definitely would stay again when in the Dallas area.

loved this hotel! Stayed here a week while my son played at the Dallas cup soccer tourney. This is an extended stay hotel akin to Residence Inns or Homewood suites. The hotel has like 4 or 5 different housing units and one main checking bldg where the front office is and where they serve bkfst and and evening snacks with beer and wine.
The room/​suite we got was a king room with a separate bedroom and a nice couch w pull out bed. Also full kitchen appliances with stove/​fridge/​microwave/​dishwasher.
Everything was great except for the paper thin walls. That’s the only reason it didn’t get 5stars. I would recommend this place for families and business travel but if sounds bother you (guests walking in room, hear loud tv next door) you may not want to stay here.
The food was good for my tastes but I don’t have high standards. (I like costco food). Haha. Sure it’s not the Corner Bakery but it’s better than McDonalds and it’s FREE.
All in all a great place. I felt totally comfortable here and would stay here again.
