UPDATEFEB3rd — Owner sincerely apologized & got situation fixed immediately. The kind of service the Manager gave me was the type of service my coworker was telling me when she insisted I «try them out.» Best Regards. — — —

Excellent pizza sausage & mushroom and extra cheese! No birthday discount needed! Hilarious. Side salad was very fresh and the house dressing was great! In all honesty this place deserves 5 stars!

Service is great and the pizza was made very quickly. Unfortunately it just wasn’t that good. We ordered the Margherita and a half sausage half cheese. Both overall were just bland. The crust was like cardboard and the cheese sticks tasted like something you’d get out of the freezer aisle.

That’s really good pizza. I’ve been in Dallas for over a week and bored with BBQ and TACO’s. Time to find some really good food. Delivered to my hotel and wow, I was impressed. I changed the big brother — no green peppers and added some meatballs… YUMMMMM. My only advise is, when you’re delivering to a hotel, bring silverware and add ons. I’ll be back!!!

Feels like it’s made in Milan kinda pizza, super fresh, super crispy … The ingredients are as fresh as it can get, The dough is well prepared and well baked. The slogan«never trust a round pizza» made me laugh… My favorite is the margarita pizza, trying it is a must…

Quick, great tasting pizza made with fresh ingredients. If you like thin crust this is your place. The ebst part is they have free delivery! They also have multiple locations thoughout the Dallas area. Give this pace a try. You wont be disappointed.

I Fratelli pizza is savory and leaves you wanting more. The price is a little high but you are paying for the fresh ingredients. The specialty pizzas are great or you can make your own. I personally like the margarita pizza with chicken and artichokes added. This pizza is great and tastes like a true Italian pizza.

My husband and I have been ordering iFratelli for years and were thrilled when they landed in Richardson. Yes the are similar to Campisi’s but they have different toppings and are hands down better. I cut my teeth on Campisi’s crust so I have had my share of Campisi’s also. Do yourself a favor and order iFratelli now!

Love this place! Great pizza and great customer service. Had the opportunity to meet the manager last time I picked up and he’s cute which doesn’t hurt either ;) 5 stars!

Good pizza. I was disappointed in the house salad though. It was all lettuce. It would’ve been nice to have more vegetables such as onion or tomato. All-in-all a good experience.

I work near this pizza place. The pizza is ok. That’s all. Not bad. Not good. I’ve eaten there twice. Once had pepperoni and the second time had loaded. It’s been hard to find really good pizza in Dallas.

The flatbread pizzas here are really good. They really load up their pizzas with sauce, cheese, meats and vegetables. I also ordered the«Famous» house salad, but all I got was some lettuce, one small tomato slice and a tiny pepperoncini pepper. The dressing was so light, I could barely taste it. So I will definitely nix my order of a house salad next time. The price and quality of the pizza is really good and I plan on ordering more in the future. Great pizza!

So glad to have i Fratelli in Richardson! The best and freshest ingredients on the best flat crust I’ve had around. I always enjoy the Big Brother Special and their customer service is amazing. Fast and friendly delivery to boot. As they say, «Never trust a round pizza!»

BESTPIZZA!!! Moved to the Dallas/Richardson area from Coppell/Valley Ranch five years ago. Fell in love with iFratelli in Irving, and have been making the drive. ECSTATIC! that they’ve opened a location so close. You will be doing yourself a HUGEFAVOR eating iFratelli Richardson. The toppings are always fresh and the pizza is served piping hot(even when delivered)! The staff, counter guys and drivers, are courteous and professional.

Consistent outstanding quality pizza. I went to college with one of the owners at SFASU in the 80’s. Their commitment to quality ingredients and customer service make them a welcome addition to Richardson. Give them a try — you will enjoy!

Fabulous pizza delivered here at Medical Center of Plano! The pizza was loaded with toppings — the salads large and fresh. And the cheesecake– very light and creamy. We will definitely order from here — especially on those days when we just can’t break free from the hospital. And Gene is totally awesome.

I work at Medical City Dallas, and I along with my fellow co workers had the privilege of trying Fratelli’s for the first time, and let me say it was outstanding! The pizzas came fresh and hot, and the salads were crisp. Last but definitely no least, the staff, Gene in particular is one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet, because of him the Wife and myself will definitely be visiting the restaurant often!

We’ve ordered/picked-up lunch from here a couple times now. Their dough hasn’t been fresh. Pretty sure they try to unload yesterday’s dough for the early lunch orders. It’s cracked dry and there’s no chew. Toppings seem decent. So you might consider them as a Campisi’s delivery alternative for dinner if you’re in the area. But if you’re only here for lunch, I’d pass. Olive Oil’s Pizza a mile down the road is much fresher. They’re just a classic American hand-tossed pie, but sometimes that’s just what you want, and they’re one of the best I’ve ever had for that style. iFratelli? If I wanted that style of pie, I’d go to Campisi’s instead. No question. Give me stale dough once, shame on you. Give me stale dough twice — stale dough, can’t get stale doughed again.

Yes! I’ve had their pizza from other locations so when I moved to the richardson area and saw they moved into the area at the same time I was really excited. They’ve got a great selection but you can’t go wrong with the classic pepperoni and cheese!

My girlfriend and I thought we would try i Fratelli out last night and were very happy we did. The staff were polite and friendly, and the moment we walked in the store it smelled amazing. We got a margherita and a vegetarian pizza. Both were amazing, the sauce was excellent and the crust was thin and crispy. The vegetarian really surprised me because I don’t normally like olives on pizza; but I have to make an exception for this one. It was an enjoyable experience all around and we will definitely come back for more.
