Investment Foundation Repair

Beware of Investment Foundation Repair out of Richardson! They did our foundation and dug up the gardens on either side of our door and never put anything back. They left the pavers that created the edge in a heap. They left piles of dirt in the yard. They killed all the plants and bushes and piled them up by the curb. They also tore out the bricks in front of the door to get under the front of the house. They never filled in the hole or replace the bricks! A dangerous hole is in front of my door! The workers were contractors and threw trash in the yard from their lunch. Left chicken bones in my driveway. And they don’t return my calls or emails. I would never wish this bunch of nonprofessionals on anyone!

Just had my foundation repaired last week. As of this writing, they have not addressed my issues, which now has been over a week.
–Broken Sprinkler system
–Broken front water facet
–a couple of other issues, that involve general messiness and unpatched holes/​cracks/​inside house.
The owner of the company came out, seemed like a good guy and Nathan really sold me on how they would leave the house as they found it. My biggest concern outside of the foundation was the sprinkler system which everyone assured me, they would fix it if it broke.
I have 3 friends that are looking to get their foundations done, cannot recommend this company as yet.
If they fix these by 2÷5÷2016 will update may even give 4 – 5 Stars. If not I will be sure and post at every site people go to for foundation reviews, including BB and advise to stay clear of this company.

Based on the 5-​star ratings, I had my property manager to set up appointment with them to inspect my rental property in SFW area. Not sure if they ever went to the property, but they would not return phone calls to my property manager after many trys. Very disappointed.

We’re in the process of selling our house which I’m not too thrilled about to begin with. Dustin (I believe that was his name) came into my house with his devilish good looks and introduced himself. He was respectful and seemed very knowledgable with what he was doing. All in all it was a great experience! If I ever need a foundation guy to come out I would absolutely call Investment foundation repair. Thank you for making all of this go a little smoother.

One of the hardest things to find in a foundation repair company is one that stands behind their warranty. My house has needed piers all of around it as many do in the area of Texas.
IFR set 10 piers over 3 years ago in one section. There was additional movement. They were out in less than two weeks and completely reset every pier.
I am very impressed with their service. Many companies push warranty work out as far as they can. IFR stood behind their work. Way to go!
