krispy kreme donuts

Terrible service. They are so slow and the people who work there don’t seem to care at all. I have to ask for the most basic things when I go through the drive thru (i.e. Napkins or a bag to carry my order of two dozen doughnuts). Went there this morning and they didn’t have any glazed doughnuts (what?!). Unfortunately my clients love Krispy Kreme… Otherwise I would never go back.

Today was my 5^th visit here. Every time I go, something is broken. The glazed donut machine was broken twice… hello, this is your main product! Also they advertise iced coffee frappuccino type drinks and that machine is always broken. I’ve never seen one employee smile and they usually seem ill equipped to deal with stress. Something is wrong with the management or the ownership and I won’t be back, which is sad because my family loves Krispy Kremes. I gave two stars because I did get hot fresh plain glazed today and they are good.

Ordered on a Sunday morning, excellent service, one of the workers was passing around free hot doughnuts to some of the kids and parents that were waiting in line. The doughnuts were fantastic, true krispy kreme excellence. And despite the line, service was quick, easy, and fun. I will most certainly be coming back.

This was my 2^nd trip, the 1^st time was the Sat morning before Easter. I was told then that they had no fresh donuts & no glazed left since the brand new glaze machine had overheated thrown a breaker. The part was on order. The filled donuts I received tasted a week old.
On this trip, the clerk I got was apparently in pain not only due to her back brace but also due to her attitude. When she asked how could she help me, I asked if they had any specials. Her response? ‘We are Krispie Kreme!’ Then I asked if they had chocolate-​filled. Her response? We don’t sell chocolate-​filled.’ I stated that I had gotten them on my past visit. She responded ‘That was a special occasion’. She had NO idea what date I had gotten them. As I left, she yelled out to me to come again. I yelled back ‘When you get specials!’, which I am proud to say she and I both agreed was a BOGO this coming Tues.
These donuts are different but not massively special. I buy them for my weekend warriors.

Went there on a Saturday morning and they were totally out of doughnuts and said it would be a hour before they replenished their inventory. What the hell, Krispy Kreme? Hopefully, this is a one time occurrence, otherwise this one will be gone, also.

Thank God that they have finally opened a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts close to where I work because (even though I love the other location), I got tired of driving to the Greenville/​Lovers location! LOL Excellent doughnuts, excellent customer service; I mean what else could you ask for!!! I normally get the original glazed doughnuts or either the chocolate cake doughnut!!! Get ready Krispy Kreme, because since you are now located close to where I work, you will be seeing my face ALOT!!! =D
