If I can give a lower rating I would. I made a pick up order. When I got there I noticed that my order was wrong. I mentioned that to them and the young man said«well that’s what you ordered». You do not treat customers like that. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. If there’s a mix up in the order you fix it. Don’t tell the customer that they said the wrong thing. As a business, you’re supposed to treat the customer with respect. Business have definitely gone down in value.

My boyfriend goes in(keep in mind he looks American but he’s Hispanic) to get me bacon crust pizza and the«manager» or cashier lets him know that it’s only available 4−8pm. But before my boyfriend left he over heard the guy speaking in Spanish to his cook in the background. «Why do you people like this pizza so much?! It’s disgusting and full of grease!» They chuckle for a little while and proceed once my boyfriend leaves. We know it’s greasy. You’re serving pizza for goodness sake! Never am I going back to this place.

The pizza is typical Little Casear’s: it’s $ 5, not gourmet. Most Little Caesar’s are lacking in a bit of customer service, but the other day this one was ridiculously disorganized. Call in a special pizza(light sauce, half cheese, half Hawaiian) and we’re told it will be ready in 10 minutes. We get there right about the 10 minute mark and we wait for another 20 minutes. Dude, if it was going to be 30 minutes that’s fine! Just tell us so we can wait at home. One guy who was acting like a manager was doing a poor job. Manager-type took the order, which included a side of jalapenos. Manager-type goes to hand the order to the people when it’s ready and the lady asks for the jalapenos again. Manager-type barks at the kid taking phone orders«Where are their jalapenos?!» and then he goes in the back and barks again. Dude. That’s on you. You didn’t write it down or tell the guy cooking pizzas. I mean, it’s the closest Little Caesar’s. And sometimes a cheap pizza and Crazy Bread will hit the spot. So I’ll be back, but damn.

«No vegan» said the guy who didn’t help me when I walked in. I’d read on blogs and on the company website that their crust was vegan and the pizza could be totally vegan if ordered with only veggies and sauce and without cheese. I searched and this was the restaurant closest to me. I went in and asked for a vegan pizza. I was told they didn’t have any vegan pizza. I asked if the crust they used was vegan. The guy laughed and told me no. That was that. I left with no pizza. Either this is the only Little Caesars that doesn’t serve vegan pizza, or the website lied!

Average pizza. You pay for what you get. It has that cardboard taste. And the drinks are overpriced. The dips are priced too high. I rather walk to cicis it’s only half a mile away.

Decent for cheap pizza but not competitive on the big and broad scale of pizza and Italian restaurants. Most of the time you get what you pay for and in this case I would caution buyer beware.

Called to order a deep dish pepperoni pizza, and she said 17 – 19 minutes. I arrived 30 min later, and I had to wait another 15 minutes… Really? I’m totally happy to wait at home, but please get your times right.

Oh how I remember back about 15 years ago when they had flourished around here. They didn’t deliver back then still but it was worth the drive to go and pick up. Pizzas came out in a square shape or the circle which was a big deal back in the days when you favored the odd shaped pizza. Back then their pizza just seemed to taste better. Now you it’s just like any other chain pizza place, but they don’t deliver and they have that $ 5 Hot and Ready special to where you don’t even have to call before hand to get a simple pepperoni pizza. If you’re hungry and on a budget you really can’t complain for $ 5 /pizza.
