I have been living at Madison at Melrose for over four years. In addition to being a quite, clean pleasant complex in the middle of a residential area & being conveniently located near hwy 75 & George Bush Turnpike, the office staff are AMAZING! They have become more like extended family. Each time I go there they made me feel welcome. We recently lost a family member and they were there hugging & comforting me and sent a beautiful plant and a sympathy card. They truly care about their tenants. I definitely recommend this complex.

The apartment complex is very well maintained. The people in the office are very friendly. Their floor plans are great. Overall it’s a great place to live in.

I just recently moved to Madison, but I am very pleased with the complex and would definitely recommend those who are looking for an apartment! It is very clean and well kept, the maintenance responds quickly and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex have a great diversity of age groups and is very quiet. There are noises occasionally, but it is never loud enough to actually disturb me or my roommates. All in all, it is a great apartment!

By far the best apartment I have rented! I lived here for 5 months and was relocated to FL. The office staff are the nicest people you can ask for, and the apartments are beautiful. I had to break my lease to move and they were so understanding and did not charge me an arm and a leg to do it. They were so sweet and sad to see me leave. It felt like leaving family. I highly recomend this place! Great prices, beautiful apartments, wonderful staff! You can’t go wrong! Wish I could have moved them with me! :-)
