Worst McDonald ever They have some of the worst workers with attitudes.

STORE: The store is clean and well lit. There’s tons of room and lots of eating space. 8⁄10 MANAGEMENT: One of the ladies were joking with me and was overall really friendly. Food took a while to get out but I wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal. 7⁄10 PRICE: the usual OVERALL: it’s nice

I don’t know why I keep going back to this location to get breakfast… maybe it’s located on my way home from babysitter’s house… I usually order breakfast with hot chocolate, and 9 out of 10 times end up Getting«hot chocolate without chocolate»…but still, drinkable, u know. today I still, don’t know why, order hot chocolate, and when I first tasted it, I thought this drink went bad… Then I realize it’s not hot chocolate, it’s some kind of coffee…

Came late. There was a young Hispanic guy at the register. It was creepy and weird. He never smiled and just had a blank face like he just wanted to disappear. Management should really look into this. It was really creepy customer service. He needs to smile. He didn’t even give me my receipt or soda. And when he did hand me the soda cup, he extended his arm while his body was facing another direction.

My total at the window(more) wasn’t what was given to me at the speaker — which I pointed out and he said it was pre-tax. Fine. I get my food and drink, drive off then realize I have no straw. Get home then discover I was handed the wrong order. Awesome. You have one job…

I don’t eat here ever, but my nephew does(kids meal typically). We went to this location out of closeness to out house. He finished his meal and we got him an ice cream cone. Two minutes later the cashier who was up front bumped into him and knocked it out of his hand. She proceeded to look at him like he was the plague and did not want to apologize. After getting the shift manager involved she said sh. t happens… needless to say we were on the phone with corp. The next day. They issued an apology, but they sealed their fate on if we’d ever come back.

I don’t eat here often lately because I am on a diet. But the chocolate ice cream sundae is exceptional and cost about a dollar. Excited that McDonalds has chosen to reduce the menu selections and make it more consumer-centric with build your own burgers and sandwiches. Can’t wait till they roll that out here. I went on Christmas Eve to actually eat supper because Dimassi’s was closing early. What a shocker and disappointment. There are entirely to many children inside and the drink station was void of even napkins and straws. It felt nasty. McDonalds needs to totally focus on adults and remove the kid-friendly environment — especially the playhouse or whatever they call it. I saw grown drunk adults in it along with children with food in their hands. They need to take a tip from the Las Vegas Food Court McDonalds that focus on adult comfort and good prices PLUS getting the food out quickly.

«It is what it is»(omg, that’s MYLEAST favorite saying in the world…) When I’m relatively strapped for cash at the end of the month, Mickey D’s satisfies my sweet iced coffee needs :)

It’s a McDonald’s…you’re not coming here for a fine dining experience. I don’t frequent this or any McDonald’s often, but I wanted to review this location because I want to show my appreciation that it is open 24 hours. Sometimes you just need a burger and fries at 3am… this is the place to go.

Fast quick and efficient. They have 2 lanes to order so you get your breakfast pretty quick during morning rush hours. The staff is friendly and usually checks the order before handing out to you. When its windy outside, the staff taking orders through drive-in does get hard to hear, but then the screen shows your order for you to ensure they got everything right.

In the past month, I have experienced bad service here twice. The first visit, the drive thru service was extremely slow. The guy working the drive thru had no sense of urgency. I knew the gift card I handed him had less than $ 1 on it. He swiped my card and didn’t notice I still had more to pay. I had to bring this to his attention. Then, it took five minutes to get my coffee that he prepared after receiving payment(most times this is already made). Most locations use one window to receive payment and the other window to deliver food. This location really should do this during breakfast. Obviously an attendant doing both is too much. On my second visit, I decided to stop for a mcgriddle. I was told they didn’t have any mcgriddles or biscuit sandwiches… only mcmuffins. I was speechless and proceeded to drive off. This location is super convenient to my job but I will have to find another McDonald’s for my breakfast stops.

Parking lot here sucks. Way too tight and creates a lot of logjams. There are signs everywhere about their free wi-fi but there are no power outlets anywhere. My crappy laptop loses all its juice in less than 2 hours so it’s hard to just chill here and get some work done.

I’m a grad student at UT-D, and this is typically the most convenient McDonald’s to get to for me when I’m hungry for a quick bite to eat before class. I really like the drive-thru – It goes really quickly because they have two ordering stations. I’ve never had to wait too long here.
