McDonald’s

Very slow response at drive thru and if you decide to not get anything get ready to waste your time being stuck in this traffic. Not helpful if there are a lot of traffic. It’s about 1am, not packed at all inside but drive thru has about 3 – 4 cars wait ahead of me and idk how many behind. And every time I try to order a dipped cone or just a cone they always say their machine is not working. especially at night time. And not just this McDonald’s. But ALL the McDonald’s I go to.

This Mcdonald’s has quite a bad star-​rating and I can’t see why to be honest. I come here every morning at around 5 am and they usually only have 1 – 2 people working but the food does not take that long to come out especially considering the people that are working there.
You have to remember that this is a Mcdonalds and you are pretty guaranteed to have a less than average experience no matter what location of Mcdonalds you go to. I go here to have a fast, cheap breakfast and that’s what I USUALLY get.
Now. onto why this place gets a 3 stars. Once my mother and I pulled up to the drive through and the pre-​recorded audio played. We waited and waited for something to say «May we take your order?» but after about 5 minutes nothing. We even shouted «Hello» because maybe they forgot? Anyways we shouted «We’ll just pull up to the window» because maybe there mics were broken? Anyways after we drove about 10 ft we heard a «May I help you?» Now we dont know if we were being ignored or not but that was not a good experience because we were not offered an apology. Anways, this place is pretty average for a Mcdonalds.

Sauce natzi. Ok, so I NEVER eat McDonald’s because let’s face it, the food is killing you, but hey, fries and chicken nuggets sound good once or twice a year. I order mcnuggets, the girl asks me which sauce, I tell her, she puts it on my order, pay, pick-​up, drive away. Look in my bag. No sauce. Really? Half my order wrong? (Yeah 1 divided by 2 is half.) Your establishment is either a) unable to read in order to comprehend that I asked for sauce which YOU offered or b) too cheap to get a client’s order right. If I go to chipotle and order their non-​gmo, good for me food and ask for an item, they give it to me. I don’t have to be standing there watching their every move. I often order online and pick it up. So if they can get their more expensive to make food that isn’t killing me food right, why the H can McDonald’s not?!? Guess who I’ll continue visiting? Chipotle. That’s why your stock sucks and chipotle is around $ 600/​share. You can keep your $ 0.25 sauce.

Wish there was a way to give negative stars. So much for a quick breakfast. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru.

They just officially lost my business. The drive through female and male were both extremely rude. The girl took my order and then just disappeared. I asked for my total and then a guy comes through the drive through speaker. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin minus the sausage with extra egg. The wanted to charge me for that!!! I work in the food service industry so I have an idea of the food cost. So I’ll drive the extra miles and go to jack n the box… Not one more penny is going to the most successful, over payed fast food franchise who begs for our money all the time for «charity». Hope the 1 egg and worst customer service was worth losing the business that my friends and family gave you. Fyi. Jack n the box charges also but they’re way nicer and actually make it fresh. I work directly across from this place and go for coffee usually — rarely the breakfast. They ALWAYS get my order wrong — especially through the drive-​through.
Be careful for overcharging — and be specific with your order, otherwise they will give you a larger size than what you asked for. It has happened to us so many times.
And, the manager (during the morning) here sucks. I told her that they made a mistake to my order and she rolled her eyes as if I did something wrong.

ALRIGHT so before I start my rant… l was super excited to eat at McDonald’s because well, we all crave fast food every once in a while, wouldn’t you agree?
First off, when did high school kids become so disrespectful? Mama Kang would have definitely regulated on a few of them. Maybe backhanded a couple others… anyway, I understand when you come to visit a friend at work you get a little chitty chatty. (We all do it) But, when it gets to the point where you are just unaware of the line behind you then a slap to the back of the head is what you deserve.
I waited and waited for these kids (who weren’t ordering) to move out of the way so I could get my hamburger happy meal with some ice cream. The employee (their friend) was not even doing anything to get his friends out of the way so that he can assist the hungry people in line. I waited a total of 15 minutes to even order which has never happened before at a Mcdonald’s. What made the experience even more aggravating was the fact that an older woman with a manager badge was not doing anything to diffuse the situation but instead laughed with the kids.
This isn’t coming from a snooty tongue, especially because I’m pretty easily pleased when it comes to food and service but this was a bit over the top.
We all know what Mcdonald’s taste like so I don’t have to go into detail about that… overall, I cured my craving but this experience was something to talk about in a bad way that I haven’t done in awhile… Like i said, I’m easily pleased!
Also, turn on the dang AC! Or fix it or something! C’mon now, hungry people + heat = raging lions.
Step up your game Mcdonald’s on Coit and Belt line. Thanks.

3 stars is about as good a review as a McDonald’s can get. It’s McDonald’s, what more can you say? I reviewed this one because their coca-​cola had the best syrup to soda ratio I have ever had, it tasted like straight out of the bottle. Kinda random review, I guess.
