New Era Technologies

I’ve had New Era come out to my house multiple times for various projects. One project involved hard wiring internet connections and improving my wireless capability. They have also hung televisions (indoor and outdoor), installed outdoor rock speakers, installed DirecTv service and configured my Sonos music system.
Erasmo is awesome. I think the fact that I’ve had him come out to my house multiple times for separate projects tells enough of the story. If I wasn’t extremely satisfied the first time, I would have never asked him to come out a second. But I know that if I have a project to perform, I just email or call and I have confidence that the project will be done correctly, on time and within the original cost estimate. He always provides an estimate up front and details the job very professionally. I’ve had to deal with a lot of third party contractors and service industry people over the past few months. But Erasmo is the only one I know that if I contact will get back to me almost immediately every time. I ask him for something, he comes out within a day or two for the consultation, he provides an estimate almost immediately, and then he’s usually out within a day or two to start on the job. And Erasmo and his crew will work until a job is finished. I’ve never seen guys work so hard in my life. They don’t leave until the job is done. I love the fact that I have a guy like Erasmo who I can contact no matter what and I know he’ll be able to take care of my requirements. I’m already trying to think up new projects that I know he’ll be able to handle. Home automation is something I’m interested in exploring in the future and when I decide to take the plunge on that, New Era will be the first company I get in touch with. I would, and have, recommend him to friends, neighbors or anyone else. He’s extremely knowledgeable, hard working, responsive, and a very nice guy. That’s a really hard combination to find among people in this or any industry. The 5 star rating I gave him was well deserved and I guarantee you I’ll be calling him in the future for whatever additional cool projects I can come up with that my wife agrees to.

Great experience. Owner came to look at my project on a Sunday, work was completed on Wednesday. Courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy. They did a great job with the installation. My home theater rocks!!!
