Horrible service. I’m sitting here now for 10 minutes (my second visit because I couldn’t get anyone to see me on Friday); there is not one person in the office, the parking lot is bare and yet here I sit. The TV is blaring and although my orders were faxed over a week ago she has to put the order in the computer. I won’t ever be back.

Current staff is very rude and unfriendly. This use to be a great place. Avoid this location!

The Colony, TX
I did a walk in and clinic has a lot of people waiting. They don’t do urine or drug testing so I thought a blood draw would be faster here.
But it went pretty quick. I played on Unilocal for a bit. Blood draw painless!
I would go back here.

I decided to try a walk-​in since we were so close, and was pleasantly surprised to find only one person ahead of me. With the Cosby show on the TV and a child size table and chairs, my 14month old son was entertained until it was our turn.
Alex had us come to the back and checked our insurance coverage before moving forward. After taking our info, he walked me through what he would do and how he would need my help to draw blood from my little man. He was thorough in looking for a good vein so it would be a one time shot. One little prick and seconds later we were done. He was incredibly calming to my son, who took it like a champ, and calming to me too, I wasn’t as tough.
I would highly recommend Quest Diagnostics and would come here again.
