After going through several unreliable pool service company’s my sister and brother-in-law who live in Castle Hills referred us to Squeaky Clean. We are more than satisfied with their professional thorough service. We’ve run across some equipment issues and they were called upon and came out immediately and gave us feedback on issues. They are prompt, courteous and very pleasant and professional to speak with. Josh is our serviceman and he is always prompt, polite and very knowledgable. Squeaky clean(Karen and Amy) employees are extremely knowledgable as well on all pool questions and are prompt in returning my calls. I highly recommend them! Found Squeaky Clean via Angies List and they had a good rating so we had them come out for an estimate on a repair. The owner showed up and was very nice and knowledgeable so we switched our maintenance to be with them, even at a higher rate than we were paying. The Repair Tech that performed repairs was knowledgeable and efficient and answered all my questions and we were quite happy with that service. In my opinion the weekly maintenance service leaves something to be desired though. They do not leave a ticket when they supposedly show so you can easily tell if they have been. They have had issues showing up on a regular basis however they did email us 2 seperate times to inform us of schedule changes or issues based on weather but the times they don’t are greater than when they do. We have had to call and push to get someone out or ensure they keep appointments, which is disappointing. Understanding things happen, perhaps we are expecting to much for an email notifying us of a change or a credit for the week they don’t show. It is also a pain when you have a cover that you remove for service then they don’t come . Great repair service and poor weekly maintenance program in my opinion. Disappointment because the owner seemed very client focused. They certainly don’t miss a billing or debit my account late. Wish the weekly service was as good as the Repair service. Will be looking at other options now.

Really the best pool service you could ask for! Called because air was getting into my main pump. A guy came out for $ 45 consultation fee was very knowledgeable and helped me repair it myself. I even called the office because I needed help fitting the pipe after he left and called me back personally and walk me through it. You just won’t find this level of service and knowledge anywhere else!

Replaced light bulb, heater thermostat, and secondary pump on my hot tub. Did excellent job. Very professional. I could tell he had years of experience and knew exactly what he was doing, and did it well.
