I got a simple soy caramel latte and it was okay. There wasn’t much caramel so I could really taste the espresso, which I’m not a huge fan of. However, it was clean and looked really nice on the inside. I’m sure they were just a bit off their game with my drink.

On my last visit last Friday morning, I waited over 20 minutes for my drink. They just dropped drinks down without calling anyone’s names or let people know that their drinks are ready. I’ve asked 3 times if my drink is ready and apparently they don’t give a crap. Anyone can pick up a free drink without anyone knowing at this joint. Since someone stole my drink, I had to wait another 5 minutes for the Starbuck’s associate to make it. The manager needs to run a tighter ship at this place. As a stockholder with Starbucks, I am very disappointed on how they run this location.

Slowest and most inefficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here about 7 times and it’s always slow and something gets forgotten almost every time.

Location good but the employees need to be little more aware of the people sitting and not everybody likes loud talks. If you want to be here you might want to sit at a little distance from the counter. The employees were busy talking to each other in high pitched voices and even using curse words. Have sat in quite a few starbucks but this one came as a disappointment.

This is a shotgun set up, the location is narrow and long making it awkward to get in and around when it’s busy and it seems that it is always busy because it is narrow and long. I want to get my delicious beverage and people to get out of my way.

Overall, I have had good experiences at this location, but unfortunately, today, I had a very rude encounter with the manager. I ordered two iced waters(after ordering two coffees and breakfast about 10 minutes previously) and proceeded to wait for the waters to come out. I was the only person in line when I ordered the waters and did not expect that they would cause so much trouble for the four baristas behind the counter. After about 10 minutes of watching the baristas, I said«Nevermind, don’t worry about the waters,» To which the manger responded«Dude we’re training!» in an incredibly sarcastic and demeaning voice. Yes dude… I see that you are training your staff. But should training your staff really be a priority over serving a loyal customer, who just 10 minutes ago spent $ 20.00 on breakfast and coffee? I have worked a lot of retail jobs and understand that there are a several demands on your time while you are working. But the way I was treated today was disappointing. My sister, who then went to get the water received yet another rude comment from the manager along the lines of «because apparently we’re just giving out water today.» This woman does not need to be working at this location, let alone training future staff. I do not think I will return to this location.

What I like: Great coffee choices and some new breakfast treats to enjoy. Good air conditioning so far this summer. Friendly staff… especially some of the men behind the counter. Great parking. Comfortable leather chairs up front. What Needs Improvement: Prices are way to high for what you get. $ 6.00 for a medium Frappuccino with less than my typical high tip. Televisions with closed captioning. Combinations. Seems to be local… but the Starbucks at the 4 and 5 star resorts in Las Vegas are more generous on croissant prices and sizes. And the lines move faster Entirely to many students getting a cup of free water and then spending hours using the wifi.

2 out of 3 times at this location, it seems like my drink is made by someone who’s just started working for Starbucks. This is the closest location to my apartment, but I pass it every morning to go to the location at 15th and Custer(much better!). The only times that I come here are when I’m running late for work and don’t have time to go out of my way.

I have been here multiple times and they have never once made my drink correctly. I usually get a venti iced vanilla coffee, a fairly simple drink and it has never been made correctly. I’ve tried their iced caramel macchiato & that has never been done correctly either. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too– save your money go to another location. I wouldn’t give this place even one star if it were an option

Absolutely perfect staff here. *Insert exuberant raving about each and every staff member here.* It just feels comfy here rather than the normal cookie cutter, slightly sterile efficiency of other locations. Oh, and I’ve never ever had a drink made wrong here, and they have a super large study area because of the proximity to UTD. I wish the Starbucks near UTA would take a few hints from this location… No drive-thru, but that’s probably why this location feels more comfy, so I ain’t even mad. :)

I come here often with coworkers, this is your typical starbucks serving their assortment of cold & hot beverages & pastries. The staff here is great and even know us by name. I will continue coming here!

This Starbucks is smack dab between my bank and my credit union. When I find myself in the predicament where I have to transfer money between the two accounts, I usually need a little pick me up to stave off the frustrations of my abnormal paydays. Gosh, I envy those who get paid on the 15th and 30th, but I digress. Stopped in here today and was very glad to hear that they still had some of the holiday flavors in stock. I quickly walked out with my grande Caramel Brulée Latte and all was right in the world again.

I don’t like to take exception with other reviewers however I am this time. This is a good Starbucks however not an excellent one. Perhaps it has been the days we were there. we stop almost every Sunday as this is just down the street from our church. The wait staff has in the past been more interested in talking about their saturday night adventures than waiting on customers. While that are polite, they are not overly friendly. Our orders I will admit are always correct WHEN we get them. Talking comes first for some of the staff. Parking on their lot which is located to the side of Tom Thumb.

This is best Starbucks around. The staff are 2nd to none. They know their regular customers by first name and generally speaking if there is a line by the time I get to the register my drink is already made and waiting. Wouldn’t dream of going to a different location. This is what customer service is all about.

Good as far as Starbucks goes. Quick, nice wait staff, good snacks, and a huge area to sit around and relax if you’re so inclined.

Nice SBux in a Tom Thumb parking lot. Decent amount of tables, they seem to always get my order right and they are quick! Oh and if you haven’t tried them get yourself some of the petite vanilla bean scones — sweet tiny heaven!

I’m going to make this quick and painless. I’m not going to talk about expensive coffee. That is your prerogative on where you want to go. Today my friends, I’m going to inform you about BREAKFAST or BRUNCH on the go! My recent discovery: The delicious portobella mushroom and spinach piadini. It comes out PIPING hot, while the feta and ricotta cheese melts in your mouth, the portobella mushrooms burst with juiciness, and the spinach and egg gives it its heartiness. It’s sooooo good!!! It easily fills me up(though I am tempted to eat another one), but I get so disappointed when I’m almost done. The piadini also comes in sausage, egg, and cheese for those who are meat lovers. If you are already hankering for this be sure your neighborhood Starbucks has this available, not all locations will have the hot piadini makers. $ 3.25 370calories (Be sure to eat it while it’s HOT!) *look a the picture above, look how gorgeous that is!* My other favorites: –Blueberry coffee cake –Raspberry green tea frappuccino
