Starbucks

I used to get my coffee almost every day from this Starbucks for three years since I moved to Richardson! And every time I get the same treatment, not friendly staff and today I was there and ordered a cold brew they said they don’t have it. This Starbucks overall is ok but for me this was my last time there!

I visit a lot of different Starbucks, and this one is my favorite. It has the fastest drive through and always gets my order right first try no matter how complicated it is!

Love this location. Several of the employees make the effort to know you by name along with your regular choice of beverage. Always quick service.

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN SO ANGRY ABOUT A STARBUCKS ORDER UNTIL NOW!
I always use this location for My daily coffee since I drive pass it EVERYDAY For work. Well, I decided to get my coffee during lunch hour today; mind you my order is preset on my Starbucks APP (IT NEVER CHANGES! SAME ORDER ALL THE TIME!). I sent my order through the app and went to pick up when I am handed ¼ serving of the tall cup. My face & heart confused at once Like WHY IS THE CUP NOT FILLED AS IT ALWAYS IS?! It was getting busy and I had no time to argue with the server. I called the store & spoke to a Manager who just DIDN’T TRY TO EVEN FIX THE SITUATION! I over and over stated — I always use this store & order the SAME THING EVERY TIME!
Why is it today out of all the months I have been using them, my order is messed up? is it me? Her response remained the same «they should have added more water.»
I wasn’t seeking for free gift card — I simply wanted & needed this resolved! It would have been nice for her to say «can we replace it for you next time?» BUT NOTHING! I am very disappointed in the service today.

Really amazing customer service! I dropped half a bagel on the floor and they gave me a whole new one with out a charge

Exceptional staff whatever time of day I visit.
Always fresh no matter what product I or drink I decide to purchase. They never seems short handed even during the busiest time of the day. My order is alway correct, they negative if you call it one is sometimes the coffee is not stirred well after ingredients are added but not a big deal.

Come here 5 days a week (that was hard to admit) and the drive through is fast! Every blue moon you have the one person trying to make friends at work and orders 8 coffees (go inside people) but usually you can get through quickly and they haven’t messed up once! The staff is never the same I always feel like it’s someone different taking the $ but don’t worry Starbucks I will be here for my 5 min shift every morning!

The product is good, the service is horrific. Without fail, everyday, every trip, to this location and they somehow mess up my simple order. Giving the wrong coffee, sweet tea when unsweetened tea was clearly ordered, wrong sandwiches, etc. They need to rehire this whole store. If you like customer service from the island of misfit barista servers then this is your place. However, myself, I will be driving to another location for my coffee needs.

The drive-​thru is always fast and friendly!
The patio overlooks the parking and a street but it’s in a small shopping center with lots of foliage making it feel slightly cute.

Love this location when I’m in a hurry I drive to this location! It’s on the way to the main tollway and I never had a bad experience. This location has great associates working for them they are always so kind!

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I honestly wouldn’t even waste my time going here. I find my self wasting my money more often than not because they always mess up ONE thing out of my drink order. I’m a frequent customer and you would think they could get my drink right for as much as I come here. I’m over it, I will be going to the Murphy Starbucks from now on.

I normally don’t review many chain places unless they are exceptional (either good or bad). This place is exceptionally good. I visit this location a lot, and every time, without exception, I receive the best, friendliest, most stellar service. The team is great, they all know their coffee, and they always get my simple orders right the first time.
They also are smiling and friendly first thing in the morning — which I appreciate.
There are not many Starbucks that I’d go out of my way to visit, but this is one of them. Just an all around great place!

Spacious open space, could use a bit more indoor lighting. This place is clean and new, chairs are a tad smaller than many other Starbucks I’ve been to. Friendly baristas and quick service.

This is a cute little Starbucks that is nestled a cute little shopping center off of Renner. The employees warmly greeted me when I walked in and there are a few tables and chairs for customers to work or for students to do homework. I wish there were a few more tables, because all of them were taken by students meeting in study groups.
I brought my morning receipt from my coffee and used my receipt for a $ 1 treat. I choose a chocolate chunk cookie and loved it.
When I am in the area, I will defineitle be back :)

My favorite Starbucks location by far. Service is great. One baristas had me laughing pretty hard. What a great way to start a day!

Service was quick, even with a huge line. No complaints.

I love getting my caffeine fix from the coffeehouse by my work, but seeing as how I was no where near, running late and I was dying for a frappucino, I decided to swing by my local Starbucks. Now, I usually visit the Starbucks inside Super Target that is literally across my home (and proudly the Duchess of), but seeing as how Target isn’t open at the butt-​crack of dawn (aka 6am), I visited the Northstar location off Renner.
I was applauding my barista (didn’t catch her name since I was in my car). My venti Java Chip frap was very delicioso! Gave me what I needed to start this day with a bang!
Northstar Starbucks, you rock. See you tomorrow morning, hopefully not so late.

This is «my» Starbucks — in my neighborhood. They are always nice and efficient. I tried one of the new breakfast sandwiches today and it was GREAT and exceeded my expectation for sure. It was the Artisian Sandwich — ham. I’ve also had the Oatmeal and it was really good too — and easy to eat in the car. I think all their food and drinks are overpriced, but hard to resist.
