My wife and I have lived here for about a year. Everything is perfect here. Very quiet location. Plenty of parking. If I ever have a problem, it gets fixed fast. Office staff is nice and always helpful. The gym could use some touch up but everything works. Other than that, we will re-​new our lease here. We love it. Best complex we have ever lived in.

Dallas, TX
Management is aweful as it takes weeks to get anything repaired. There is only one trash bin for the entire complex which translates into garbage smell most of the week. There is dog faeces everywhere because the management will not enforce Richardson City code restrictions.
