Shitty customer service, incorrect warranty information and address. Found out truglo optics are only good for pellet guns, air soft, and maybe a sling shot.
Spend your money elsewhere buy trijicon.

I purchased a multi-​reticle reflex sight manufactured by Truglo from Optics Planet last month. The sight was well made, easy to install and held a zero well, however after a session at the range on my Cx4 the red settings no longer worked when the selector knob was in the detent. I contacted Truglo by e-​mail, within a day I had a reply. They asked me to try to exchange it with the retailer first, but if that didn’t work to contact them again. Optics Planet was unfortunately difficult to deal with, but Truglo stepped up, issued an RMA over the phone and within a week I had a brand new sight. I could not be happier with the product or service, and will absolutely purchase from Truglo again.
