**DISCLAIMER. This review is not about the Homeowners Association itself, but rather, one of it’s members… who rents two condos located within this Complex, and was a former President of said HO Association***
Landlord, Barbara Williams, owns two or three units in the Waterfall Crossing Condo Complex. The unit I lived in was Unit 863C.
The lease is executed under false pretenses and then the landlord completely harrasses the tennant (s) until they are either told to move out or move out on their own.
If you noticed from my review of The Falls At HighPoint Apartments, I keep very detailed accounts of things that happen. Unfortunately, I do not have that list with me at work… so I will update this when I get home. I just wanted to make sure I found the business and started the review.
