Fixed two phone screen for me in 30 minutes great service and lowest price i found in the metroplex. Every other places charges over $ 100 for a new screen not here though; they really work with you! Must go been back twice now and gave passed out business cards and my friends say the same thing. He also has multiple stores in the metroplex. Great service!!!

I went get my brother’s Iphone 6 fixed. The screen was cracked and had some cosmetics damages. I dropped it off in the morning and picked up in the evening. Very nice customer service. This is my second time using their services. I got my Ipad mini fixed a month ago. They have a very reasonable price. They open 7 days a week. I got my I pad fixed on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent price! Excellent Service! All the best!

It has been awhile since I’ve felt so compelled and so driven to write a review … One that absolutely needs to be put out there ,
Consumer Caution, needs to be exercised when visiting this Richardson storefront (several exists under different names) as its a lesson Ive just recently been schooled in. I took my iPad air in for repairs to a cracked screen, and although cracked, was still in full working condition. Aesthetics are important as I use this in my business for credit card processing, inventory control and other related business activities. Otherwise the cosmetic condition would have been acceptable.
To my point, once brought in to WH, I was told it could be fixed immediately, and would I like to wait. Just being 4:00, I was happy to sit out the repair and let rush hour do its thing ! 15 minutes into my wait, in a waiting room (absent of heat on a 39* day) I was told its going to be closer to 7:00 for repairs to be made. Ugh, Ok, I’ll run some errands and kill a little time in traffic. I arrived back at WH (wireless hospital) at 6:45 and wait until it nearly is 7:00 before I’m informed of my iPads repairs. Sooooo, I was handed my iPad at the same time as he is showing me how wonderful his fix up had gone for me (his fingers moving one icon all over the screen) and it was then I noticed the screen go to a premature sleep. Huh, the battery is low so maybe that’s the cause. My first red flag. Time to pay, and am told only debit card, no credit card, and during his rant, as I pursued the use of my credit card, he let it slip that debit is money now and and not messy like credit card !
I had no idea what that ment, but I came to understand more. 2^nd red flag. My fault for not pursuing the purchase/​repair protection of a credit card, as it was late and closing time. I should have known better and listened to my ill felt intuition.
Being called «Boss » and «My Friend » at the beginning of being addressed was becoming an annoyance and felt as I was being «handled. All that to say this as shortly as possible. I got inside my car and gave my iPad a try, without the busy finger of the repairman, and noticed I could not «swipe «the screen open, and when I finally did get past the unlock portion, it went to black. Over and over, I’d get a bit further into where I could launch an app … then all went black. Screen froze, blacked out, icons started shaking, and just an over all touch screen mess, which only coniued to worsen as i went along. Back in the door I go, it’s closing time, I’m being called «boss «and friend with every utterance, all the while, watching him examine my iPad and handy work, running his finger unsuccessfully over the single app that once obeyed his every command … and now the screen goes black, comes back on and then shuts down again ! I saw his eyes begin to examine the truth of his own lackluster repair. YET, to my disbelief, he was happy to honor the warranty that was given … even thought he applied very strongly, that I could have done additional harm within the 5 – 10 mins I was gone from the store, yet because I was such a «Good customer «he would give ME THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT ! WhAT ??? Yes ! I was being given a favored status ! Yes, I’d have to take more time off work to bring my iPad air back ! Yes, I was told it could take 3 – 4 hours to fix, YES, I take responsibility of not listening to the warning bells that went off in the distance. NO, I wasn’t the only displeased customer ! One was quietly being managed off to the side. Not so far off that I couldn’t hear the discontent being aired. Much more to this than words can express, so I’ll let it be, and reveiw further once another repair is attempted.

This place is a rip off, they will leave you broke and in worse position than you started. Funny how Unilocal hides the negative reviews to fool people. I should’ve just taken my ipad to Apple. What a hard lessoned learned and read all of the reviews even the ones that are hidden. I’m gonna do everything in my power to get the word across even if I have to Boycott and stand outside their business with a sign saying «crooks».

I’ve taken my note to three other places to get fixed and they said they wouldn’t be able to do it so I decided to try out wireless hospital before I sold my phone for scrap and I’m glad idid! They were able to fix my phone for a great price and they did it fast. I have now left a second phone to get fixed. I highly recomend this place!

This is the second iphone we have taken in to have a battery replaced. Excellent, professional service. It took about 5 min and they charged us with tax $ 32.46. Our cell phone company tried to convince us to buy another phone for $ 400. Ha! This is deff the way to go. Dont worry about getting talked into something there you dont need or want. They explain everything clearly and arent trying to hide any extra fees. If you need an electronic fixed this is the place. Totally worth it!

Took in an older phone that had a severely cracked digitzer. It took a few days for the part to come in but once in the repair was completed quickly! Service tech was friendly and delivered my repaired phone when he said it’d be ready. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

I took my ipad 2 in for repair– in about an hour as good as new. Price is competitive and they are open on Sunday. In and out. No complaints.

My go to place to fix my tech gear. I had my iPhone 4S screen and my iPhone 3GS screen fixed here. Raj is awesome; he works with you. I am a research fiend, and they are the lowest price in Dallas I have found, and they will always work with you on the price too. Fast, low price, and quality fix. Never have had a problem. Always reccomend them to all my friends and anyone who asks!
