Learning Express Toys

Even though there are many locations it seems like you’re old-​fashioned toy store. I love the fact that I can take my children in there and they can play with almost anything and not be read the riot act about keeping the stuff in pristine condition. It’s places like that they give me the availability to Miller around and find a little treasures to buy my kids. They have a large selection of general toys and stuffed animals as well as educational toys that expand my children’s horizons. The trains and dollhouses are especially enjoyable. And the custom work that they do That personalizes gifts is a rare find. Some people might find kids on scooters in a store a hassle but I find it refreshing. And the staff is always very product knowledgeable and kid friendly. Keep up the good work and I will continue to return.

Learning Express has always been my go to place for creative and original gifts. Most of my friends are not from the area and do not have a Learning Express near by. So when a baby is born I always get a «Belly Bank» with the babies name and dob on it. A belly bank is a animal shaped bank that can be fed coins. Kids always love it and it truly is an original gift that most people will not have. It is some what pricey, but in my opinion, anyone can shop off a registry and spend a fortune, this is better and always a topic of conversation.

My son bought a set of cards for the first time using his own money from savings. To his bitter surprise, the cards were very repetitive and he started crying over his unfortunate purchase. I called the store to see if I can help him exchange or return them. The associate was very understanding and transferred me to the manager immediately. The manager on the phone was very abrupt (almost rude) and said «no way». When my son heard that over the phone, he started crying even more. He is 9. You lost him as a customer. And we’ve spent some serious money at this store! His exact words «I will never buy anything from Learning Express ever again». I think that sums it up.
