3.5 stars. It appears there’s only one phlebotomist holding up the entire operation, and she would complain to anyone who would listen (and you can hear it from the waiting room). No receptionist — so you just sign in and hope that you did the right thing. It apparently gets super busy in the afternoon. There is a way to make an appointment, just not by calling that location or speaking to the lone phlebotomist. Once you make your way in, she does quick work.
