Do Not STAY HERE !!! BEDBUGS !!!
The 23 bites on my body are from bed bugs and have been confirmed by a doctor. The bites left blisters on my skin as I had an allergic reaction to every single bite ! Three weeks later I still have have blisters on my skin to include my private areas !
In addition to the physical discomfort and scars. The Internet did not work once during the entire week stay. I specifically chose this hotel as it advertised wifi for its guest. That was not the case. The lack of Internet forced me to travel every day over 20 mins tp the city to sit at taco bell for the wifi connection .
The free breakfast items were not desireable at all. The cereal was stale and the dispenser had never been cleaned as the dead flies inside will show. The toaster was broken. There was no milk for the cereal. The orange juice was bitter. And the bagels were old.
I was also locked out of my room one night after the keys randomly reprogrammed causing the key not to work… It was over 2 hours I spent waiting in the parking lot for a staff member to come back to the office on Tuesday night! I had to walk to Waffle house after a staff member that appeared from behind the other hotel. She asked me not to say anything to anyone. I told her to just reprogram my key and went about my night.
No one s there to take my calls nor do they respond to my complaints !!!
This experience at Econo Lodge hotel made my week long stay in Carolina very unpleasant.

Free breakfast, very nice staff. But, as you would probably assume from the price, there’s a lot wrong with the rooms! The door locks didn’t work in 2 rooms and the chairs are filthy! The one main thing though is the bed and pillows are very clean and that’s all that really matters to me! Worth the $ 40

Stopped here out of necessity to break up a long drive. The staff is great and very helpful. You definitely get what you pay for, the room was $ 39.95 plus a $ 10 pet fee. If you’re expecting luxury this definitely isn’t the place for you, but if you need a place to crash for a night, it’s a pretty good deal.

It’s clean and staff are friendly. Free breakfast. But you get what you pay for. Older motel, old bedding, pillows
and blankets badly in need of replacement. But good shower and room was fairly clean.

Front desk staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. And they were lenient and worked with us on check-​ins, changes, credit card authorizations, etc.
There’s free juice all the time in the lobby. And there’s a nice, free breakfast.
But it all goes downhill from there. The rooms are so ick. The chairs in the room were absolutely filthy. Really filthy! The under window A/​C /​heat thingy was disgusting and barely worked. And despite it being a non-​smoking room, it reeked of smoke.
So yeah, while the staff are pleasant, the room sucked and was, frankly, a little scary.
