Is it possible to rate a place less than one star? Slowest service at a «fast food» place ever! Time stamped at 6:32. Got a refund at 7:04. And there were still 5 – 6 people ahead of me. I started a deluge of refund requests. Won’t be busy much longer. Pass by on the way to Newberry 5 – 6 times a year. Will never ever stop again.

Okay for fast food
Kyla was nice at register. Never eaten at a Zaxby. Got wings and thing combo. Fried chicken breast were large but not real hot in temperature. Appreciated the celery and two dips.
Thought it to be a bit pricey. Drinks are not included in meal deal. Two fast food plates and bill was $ 21.34.

Super clean, super friendly and food is delicious! Perfect stop for travelers and for anyone. Very relaxing environment and decorated nicely.

Must have the boneless wings (sweet and spicy sauce) and Cajun club chicken sandwich! The onions rings are okay!

Food and service was awesome. The dining area was really spacious. The is my first time here but it will not be my last. I’ll be back just for the service alone. If you like Zaxby’s this is a must stop if you are in Richburg, SC.
