It’s a McDonald’s, so nothing really new or revolutionary here. But the service is consistently fairly slow, and they seem to have difficulty with requests on orders(e.g. «No pickles»). With the drive thru only having one window, I can understand some of the hold up there, but inside it just takes a darned long time to get served after placing an order.

I normally do not review fast food joints because mediocre food and crappy service should be the expectations at most major chains. However, this location(at least through the drive through) had some of the worst customer service of any I’ve experienced a McDonald’s. Forget a smile with your order, you’re lucky if they even acknowledge you as more than a hand to put a bag of food in… a bag of food missing items that the cashier says she doesn’t recall you ordering. It’s unfortunate this place can’t get itself together.

This place is horrible! The service is the slowest I’ve ever seen and they ALWAYS screw up my order. This is a place we pass when traveling long distance so we do stop more often than we would like and I always get a plain burger that never comes plain, it’s not hot, the people just complain about their jobs and talk about their weekend plans while customers sit and wait. I kid you not took us at least 20 mins to get our order last week.

I went to the McDonalds one saturday after my sons basketball game and ordered a big mac meal. when i went to eat the sandwich the bottom bun was cold and the meat was luke warm. I went to the manager and told her she didnt get me a fresh one. She must have put it in the microwave because when gave it back to me it just about burned my hand. I didnt eat it because I was afraid of food poisoning. I will never eat there again. We usually get Happy Meals for my son there and there are times that they forget to put in the barbeque sauce or give the wrong toy. That day the manager was not even close to friendly and her customer service skills left alot to be desired.

This place really was in a backwoods town. Obviously the manager doesn’t care about his/her store. The men’s room sink looked like someone just got done working on a car and left all their filth on the sink. I asked for catsup for my fries and the packets were dirty and sticky and then to top that off, the girl put them in the bag on top of my fries. WHAT??? Bad deal!
