Planet Beach Richfield

I love the variety of services that planet beach offers, I always feel refreshed after I relax for a session in the hydration station. On a cold winter day the warmth and steam from hydration bed warm my body back up and for 20 mins I feel like I’m on a beach in Miami and not in the frozen tundra. They have a great selection of products perfect to compliment your body and get you that great sun kissed skin we all look for. The staff have always been super friendly, If Blake is working know you are in great hands, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you attain the perfect color that you’re looking for. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience at planet beach, I have been to large salons where you are only another number to them at Planet beach I feel like I have a unique experience each visit. Look out for the Groupon they run it was a great value and the reason I found this Spa in the first place.

Going here will be the death of you. I went in here with a stupid «$ 25 off certificate» and the sorry excuse for a worker said «planet beach doesn’t do these deals» even though I got it from the planet beach website and they emailed it to me; and on the website lit gives the Richfield address and phone number. Why would that be then?
Wasted my gas money and my time.
Their lotions are a complete rip off too. $ 130 for a bottle? I pay ¼ of that price at Lakeside Tan.

Gross. We tried this place simply because we live in Richfield. For no apparent reason, Planet Beach charged our credit card $ 416.00. We purchased $ 80 package. Hmm, their math is quite fuzzy. We did not notice this until days later when our bank account became a mess with overdrafts! (Receipt given to us was for $ 80). We will be reporting to BBB & state attorney office, of course. The place seems to be run by people tweaking on drugs, a «manager» who doesn’t exist in person, and beds from the 1980′ s that produce no tan… missing face tanner bulbs… grossest place I’ve ever been to in the country! Go anywhere, anywhere else. That is all…

This is my favorite planet beach! I live in uptown and drive the 8 miles out of my way to tan here specifically! The beds are always clean and ready, and the staff isn’t only friendly, they’re knowledgeable and informative, without being pushy or fake! The manager is fantastic and makes it worth the trip! Tanning bundles are affordable and the spa is amazing– try the hydration bed before you tan for the ultimate experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
