This is my first time using a storage facility Coustomer service was ok, one thing I was very unhappy with was over the phone and getting unit set up and going over the promo. I was told all I would pay would be 21 $ for the first month and nothing more and was reassured thats all I would pay when I go get the locker.
Not true at all there were more fees when I got there that the lady at the place said dispatch does not disclose all the cost and fees so I felt very deceived already going through a horrible situation I didnt need this on top. Getting charged an aditional $ 40.00 for insurance, a lock that I could have gotten for a ¼ the price. And also having to pay for additional days to cover through the 1st of the month also was told if was climate control so not true it was colder inside then it was outside. After this experience I will not be using them ever again!

Even though I had a reservation for a storage unit for the day they called to set up a specific time, and then when I arrived they weren’t even there. Not only did I half to wait a half hour for someone in the office to open their door in the middle of the day, they provided false information telling me that they had a lift in the climate controlled building that I reserved. I decided to go with a Bloomington location instead.

I stop by public storage after work to get an inquiry on a storage unit. They didn’t have a storage available for the promotional price but Sheila went out of her way to locate a unit in Burnsville.
Even though Burnsville is quite a trip. I greatly appreciate what Sheila (associate) did. Great experience, wonderful customer service, and an overall awesome person. Highly recommended!
