You would be better off leaving your loved one in a Tijuanan whore house. My mother in law was transferred there from the hospital after spending days in the ICU at Abbott Northwestern. Her doctors at Abbott should have just transferred her to the curb on Chicago Ave, she would have had a better chance of finding a caring helpful soul at 28^th and Chicago than this rat hotel. If worse came to worse, she would of ended up going into anabolic shock next to a stranger who doesn’t give a shit… which is exactly what happened. When my wife called the health clinic (to follow up on why no one had responded to her mothers nurse call 34 minutes previous) their wonderful assuring nursing staff answered with «what do you want.» After being transferred five times we finally got her «nurse» who promptly explained she had no idea who my wife’s mom is or where she is located.
