I’ve been here for all my clothes, and they’re the best of the best. They put their customers FIRST and truly use 100% organic soaps/chemicals. I can tell a difference in my clothes compared to a different cleaners. Also, they take pictures of damages on your clothes BEFORE taking it in to wash/dry clean so there won’t be complaints. Idk what all the complain is in the other reviews, they thoroughly check the clothes in FRONT on you before taking it in to make sure there aren’t major damages beforehand. I’m okay with the price, it’s worth it if they use the best quality stuff for my clothes!

I get a sick feeling when I leave a neg review for nice people but I must say… My husband has taken all his nice shirts to dry cleaners for over 20 years. When we met in Seattle, I found an organic/eco friendly place for him to take them to, which he did for 3 years before we came to the Tri Cities. NEVER a problem with damaged clothing ever. He has taken his shirts to Hi-Tech 4 times and two of those times he had damage on a shirt, the first time it was a weird looking mark along the whole top of the shoulders, it looked like the dye on the fabric was all smudged, we took it to another place but they said it can’t be fixed so he threw it away. This was sad but we figured it was a freak thing and would never happen again. The next time it was at the front pocket of the shirt, a completely invasive discolored splotch, no way to get that out either so another $ 150 shirt in the garbage! Each time they left a note on the shirt with a comment that made it sound like it wasn’t their fault, one said«something spongy was in the pocket» what does that mean? My husband does not use his front pockets of his dress shirts because it leaves a bulge so I know there was nothing in there, but let’s say there was… do they not check pockets before processing? Wouldn’t that be part of their responsibility? What would have helped is if they would show us when we are checking out and at least give us a credit and own up to it, but they let us pay full price for a load of shirts and walk out the door, only to find notes on them when we get home, very frustrating.

This place is okay. Very pricey compared to other cleaners. I’ve had pants hemmed here before. Two pairs ended up being too short. They also don’t guarantee customer satisfaction. May not return again.

Wonderful cleaners. Organic and Eco-friendly is always a plus. They use the newest and most hi-tech(hence the store name) machines. The owners are highly dedicated professionals that has been in the cleaners buisness for over 20 years. The alterations are precise and perfect. Overall this place is THEBEST. You’ll not only help yourself with the best results with your clothing, but also help out the environment(which is always a plus).

I had a great experience here. Owners and staff provided professional service and cleaning was done on time. I don’t know what dry cleaning is supposed to cost but for 2 suits and 2 coats $ 45 seemed a little high but worth it given the quality of care and service.

Woman working there is very sweet but owner refuses to take responsibility for mistakes. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my things there when they can’t guarantee their work. Will not be returning. Han’s in Pasco does wonderful work, but I was hoping to find a location a little closer to home.

Nice, helpful people doing good work. This is a business I want to support. Dry cleaning well done and a jean’s zipper replaced saving a favorite pair for family member.

Fast, friendly, and good at what they do. For those who care about such things, they offer organic services, too.
