Very disappointed in the honesty of services «necessary» for my vehicle. I was quoted for a cabin filter replacement that I’ve already replaced less than 10,000 mi ago (I live in the city & park under a covered awning), tire rotation that was completed with my last factory routine maintenance (7,165 mi ago) and most importantly new brake pads & rotary rotation (nice chunk of change & my vehicle is only 2 years old.) After I declined all of the above, I took my vehicle to Toyota to receive a second opinion on the brake pads. I asked to see them myself after they said they were fine just dusty; Couldn’t believe it! Measured at a 5. Keep records & logs folks!
