Washington, UT
The police force here may be ok for locals but from the tourist point of view they suck. This is not a tourist friendly place. Speed limits are intentionally not properly posted in areas entering and leaving the city so that they can write expensive citations on unsuspecting tourists. Tourists should avoid Richland especially if from out of state. Stay on the freeways and avoid this city and the back roads surrounding it. Save your money and your driving record.

Professional Department all the way around and proactive. These public service officers are very helpful.
