Speedy Movers

I will never hire them again nor would I recommend that anyone else use their services. I hired them for labor with help unloading a moving truck. My husband and I moved from the other end of the state and I was 8 months pregnant, so I couldn’t do much heavy lifting. First of all, it took me a week of calling and leaving multiple messages before I could get ahold of someone and be put on the schedule. That was frustrating, but not that big of a deal.
The big deal breaker was when they cancelled on me an hour before the appointment on a holiday weekend. After we pulled into the driveway of our new house, I received a call from them saying they were stuck in Spokane and wouldn’t be back until late that night so they couldn’t come help. They did not offer coming to unload the next day nor did they have any back-​ups in case of situations such as this. And of course, being a holiday weekend, there was no other moving companies in town open that I could ask for help from. Instead, my husband and I had to unload everything ourselves because there was no other option. What was the most frustrating was how un-​apologetic they were. I was very worried and upset but they didn’t care at all. This company is not worth anybody’s time or money.

Best moving company ever! My wife and I have hired Speedy to move us a couple of times over the years and each time was a perfect experience. They’re on time, completely professional, quick workers, and very careful… and also very friendly guys. They take great care and pride in their work and it has always been a pleasure using their services.
My place of business has also used Speedy a number of times for moving heavy items (i.e. office desks, tables, product, etc.) from the lower to upper level offices as well. We hired a different company once before and they nicked the walls and neglected to let anyone know or offer attempts to fix it. Speedy’s guys are amazing and we will hire them from now on. It’s truly amazing how they can maneuver large desks and tables around difficult hallways and doors without a scratch.
And, to top things off, my wife and I have also purchased furniture at various area stores and discovered that Speedy was also the delivery service for the store! We purchased a king-​sized bed and Speedy not only delivered the bed, but set everything up for us! These guys rock!
Absolute best moving company in town. Reasonable prices and exceptional service!!! Matt, the owner, is also a great guy and this is one company that cares about its customers and knows how to do the job right. We will absolutely use Speedy in the future!!!

These guys are awesome. The cool & nice mover proclaimed them the «Microsoft of movers in the Tri-​Cities». Hey, with a proclamation like that you know they serious, baby!
So, The Mattress Outlet uses this company to deliver their beds, but I guess they are there for all your moving needs. For me, they delivered a bed — twice. Yeah, the first time they came, they couldn’t get my Tempurpedic foundation up my narrow 1940s stairway. They tried as much as they could. Flashforward to a few weeks later when they delivered my split foundation. It went smoothly, and they were totally professional.
I gave ‘em a tip the first time they dropped by, but I was dollar dollar dollar bils-​less on their second visit – so here’s hoping their boss sees this review and gives ‘em a raise.
