My computer needed some help and Nick Della Giustina from Comp. Ops was able to fix my little baby right up!
He communicated very effectively, offered me options, and even was willing to drive to me to pick-up and drop-off my computer.
The service was outstanding and the price was very reasonable — about $ 30/hour. He is also able to pick up parts along with remove virus’ and basic repair for those of us who really don’t know what we are doing.
As an added benefit — Nick even e-mailed me a few days after the return of the machine to make sure that everything was working properly.
It is rare, to find someone so skilled with technical support who also truly understands customer service! Comp. Ops has my business for life.
