Kay Jeweler

It’s a long story, but I’m a perfectionist and I’m on the hunt for the perfect engagement ring. (I’m engaged already and not just planning an imaginary wedding on Pinterest) The first two rings my fiancé bought and then subsequently returned were from JB Robinson’s in the Great Lakes Mall. They were nice, but… not quite what I was looking for. I did some google-​ing and found out that a ring in a style I thought I wanted was available at this Kay location. It wasn’t in stock, but they were able to order it for us with no money down and no obligation. It ended up not being «the one» but I was still impressed that Andrew (our salesman) took the time to patiently work with us and place a special order. He followed up with us after I declined purchasing the ring and offered to custom make me something «special.»
For now, I think I’m going to put my ring hunt on hold and just enjoy being engaged, but if the time arises when I feel like looking again, I’d definitely go back to this Kay location.
