I called Bug-​Techs quite late on a Friday night and got a call first thing the following morning. Within a couple of hours, Shakil came through and was amiable, thorough and professional. He was also patient enough to answer all the safety concerns we had.

I called Bug-​Techs to ask for a quote about a rodent problem, in addition to calling a few other places. Shakil was the most friendly and patiently answered all my questions. He was able to schedule an appointment on the same day and arrived promptly.
He was thorough in his inspection and generous with placing enough baits around the apartment. I won’t know how effective his treatment is since it’s only the first day but his service comes with a three-​month guarantee, during which time he’ll return at no charge for maintenance if there’s any more spottings.
