This place is so fucking nasty, it made me angry. I wonder how they got that (A rating) on that window. They served me spoiled food, when I told them the food was spoiled they looked at me like I didn’t know what I was saying. Not only that they expected me to pay for the food. Please save ur self the trip don’t go. Someone needs to close this place down.

At 1 am, I was seriously craving Indian food. Even after reading the reviews on this place, I took a leap of faith. I ordered chicken korma, naan, and rice for pickup on GrubHub and my food was ready quickly.
However, when I went to pick it up, the cashier tried to charge me again for the food. When I brought it up that I already paid for the food on GrubHub, they just tried to laugh it off like they were joking (something I would be wary of due to previous reviews of this restaurant over charging on some people’s credit cards).
Despite this, my food was rather tasty. On a scale of 1 – 10, I would rate my food at 6.5. It isn’t the best Indian food I’ve ever had, but this place is open 24 hours so I can’t complain. I will definitely order from them again on late nights.

Terrible terrible terrible. Taking too long is one thing. but having to wait over 2 hours for your food is unacceptable. This is my first time trying this place and I’m never ordering from here again. I suggest you guys order somewhere else. I hate seeing terrible businesses like this still thriving and other good restaurants closing down. This place should really not be open 24 hours if it’ll take this long just to get your food. Eat elsewhere. Don’t support this.

I tried Indian Curry Express because I like Indian food, they’re open and offered delivery 24 hours a day. They never delivered the food, claimed they’d tried to deliver when they didn’t and hung up on me when i called to inquire about the order. To their credit EAT24 was proactive about looking into the problem, canceled the charge and did their best to make amends.

Horrible service after 12midnight.
I have no idea why they are 24hrs when they don’t ever deliver within 2hrs after midnight.
Gave them 2 chances.
First time the delivery «driver» said he came while I was outside waiting on a ghost.
(Driver is in quotes because I don’t think they existed honestly, or even left the shop)
2^nd time was worse. They blatantly gave me a bs lie about a flat tire on their delivery vehicle.
I checked grubhub and seamless reviews also. It seems that this is a trend.
If possible I would give it less than .5 of a star.

The driver changed the total amount and charged me extra $ 3, he knew that I won’t tip. after I had my food, I took a look at the receipt compared it with the menu, and I found that the driver added the $ 3 (it is not a big deal, but I felt that I was fooled). I called them, they did not answer, I called again from a different phone number and they answered immediately, I told them if you do not return the $ 3, I will call the credit card and file a dispute and you won’t receive any thing at all (I was lucky that I paid with my CC). anyway, within 40 min they knocked my door.
But the food was good and do not expect to get your order before 1 Hour.

I know i ordered super late (at 1am) but damn yall need to speed up your delivery. 2hrs later was when i got my sub-​par food. The samosas were good tho, which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I’ve eaten A LOT of Indian food in my day and on a scale from 1 – 10, I’d say this was about a 6. I ordered the chana masala for delivery to my hotel, which is less than 5 miles away, but it took them what was nearly an hour to bring it to me. I actually fell asleep waiting for them as I assumed they were no longer coming.
But on to the food. It was good. Not great, but good. If you’re looking for a decent Indian meal, then this place will suit you just fine.

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered from them on online and waited 3 hours for my food. I ended up getting an email saying they cancelled my order while still charging me 32+$. I called to get my money back and they just hung up on me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant’s customer service. It’s really despicable that I now have to call my bank to cancel that transaction.

The worst food ever. First of all they are so slow I don’t know how you would call that fast delivery. And never ever try their Fried Rice, they use the worst quality rice mixed with raw vegetables.

Ordered on GrubHub so no issues with the order. The food was delivered to my hotel room but took 1 hour and 47 minutes to arrive. I sort of expected the long wait based on previous reviews.
I ordered naan, samosas, and aloo gobi. The food arrived hot and was pretty tasty, and the delivery guy was super nice. Definitely remember to order rice because it’s not included in the meal!
Overall, not bad food. Order through GrubHub. Order rice. Expect a long wait.
Would have given 4 stars if the wait wasn’t so long.

This place is great. Once I went here with my mom, who works at the hospital, for lunch. There were two older ladies working front of house and the kitchen. They were such moms! So lovely and welcoming, letting us try things we were curious about. Lovely. We got a lunch special that was DELICIOUS and filling. Also a great price.
We came back a few days later to order dinner to go. There were now two men working the restaurant and were lovely. They were very specific about our spice preferences and how we liked things cooked. The food came out nice and quickly. I could even watch them making my fresh naan! It was amazing.

Rude, misrepresent their offering, grossly overpriced for what they offer.
The only saving grace is that they are 24X7.
You don’t go here unless you have absolutely no choice.

Ordered here for the first time at around 4am in the morning, I had no problem, I ordered through GrubHub and got my order earlier than expected.
Ordered the Chicken Tiki Masala, the chicken was alright but the sauce was just WOW, I wish I ordered some bread because I had too much sauce. I will order again.
After reading all these comments, I suggest ordering from GrubHub. LOL.
The only reason it is not getting a 5 star is because of the price, WAY too expensive. If they lower it down by 3 – 4 dollars, I would be ordering in a weekly basis.

If Customer Service means a lot to you then pass on this place. HOWEVER, if you can suck it up and endure mediocre service then «why not». Food is not bad. Not the absolute greatest but it isn’t all that bad either. The tandoori chicken had an interesting taste to it. I wasn’t a huge fan as I have had better but, the Vegetable Korma wasn’t bad. Garlic naan and rice was good as well. Portions seem to be fair.
Overall not bad. Just expect 3 star service at best. Enjoy.

The worst meal Ive ever heard. expensive and asked awful!
After a long night of partying I was hungry I ordered this anticipating tastiness, instead I got unsalted rice, disgusted fried rice! Who messes up fried rice! Seriously??? Dry dry dry bread. I’m besides myself! I want my money back!

Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Worst Indian food ever. I ordered 11 pm & got my food 2 & a half hour at 1.30. Wasted my money for no reason. Food was cold & nasty. Never again in my life.

They messed up my order in the past and they left me SOL in a hotel room with no forks or spoons, but on the whole they’re pretty reliable. ²⁴⁄₇ delivery for a huge section is of course awesome and one of a kind out here.
My faves: paneer pakora, samosas and papdi chaat as appetizers. Daal makhani and malai kofta are always on point. Oh and the masala tea is always worth it despite the $ 2.50(!) price tag.
Grubhub for best results the people who answer the phone aren’t exactly English experts lol.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because they deliver 24 hrs to a hotel room. That is it. The first couple of times I ordered I was happy with the service; and the food. My most recent order placed on the ⁰⁵⁄₁₇ has turned me completely against them. Firstly, I received a hotter curry then expected. Secondly, they got the drink order wrong. Their attempt to solve the problem was even worse. I rang and was told that it would be an additional $ 4. Fair considering I was adding to the order. When the rude delivery guy arrived he expected me to pay $ 5…even though it was their mistake… after some further discussion another deliver guy arrived with two out of code Diet Cokes…05/04 (see photo) can you imagine what their food handling practice’s are like??? I have contacted NYC 311 to make a complaint.

I ordered off GrubHub. They called to ask if the order was right. And it took the exact time it said on their site– 45 minutes. The food was pretty darn good! I’m definitely ordering off here again.
