This place sucks. The manager is rude. Don’t plan your party here. They tell you one price & charge you another. Manager is a liar & very unprofessional.

I placed an online order here back in November 2015. I was anticipating delivery taking forever based on previous reviews from Seamless customers but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived about 40 minutes after I placed the order. The two dishes I ordered was very spicy but really good and this coming from a person who can’t handle that much spice. I found the portions to be rather large and so I was able to eat it over the course of 4 days. I would order again based on this first experience.

First off, it took ages to get my order via Seamless. Secondly, I got a call from them saying they were out of the lobster dish I ordered which cost me $ 22. They said they would refund me even though the order was already processed. Cool, no problem! Or so I thought until the charge cleared on my card with the lobster dish I did NOT receive. What a thievery move on their part. Never ordering from this scam crap of a place again. If you say you are going to refund something, DOIT.

The best in the area. Yes, sometimes the delivery takes a little longer but it also sometimes comes 20 minutes early. Everything I have tried there I love. They have tons of vegetarian options as well. I will only ever order from Richies!

Love their chicken tikka masala! And it’s only 9 bucks for a huge portion! My parents always get the biriyani & always end up loving it

Never been to the restaurant in person, I’ve only ever ordered delivery, but their food is absolutely amazing. I love it. The only drawback to delivery is that you need to order at least an hour BEFORE you are even hungry because it takes a really really long time to get to you. But once you get it, its great!

If I could give this place negative one star I would. DONOTORDERFROMTHISPLACE. Your food will arrive 2 hours later and they will deliver the incorrect order. Worst experience of my life and the manager is also rude, cheap and inconsiderate. Also, he doesn’t comprehend English so I wouldn’t recommend consoling him unless you have a Punjabi speaker nearby. He refused to give me my money back since I was sent the wrong order. That is not how you run a business he should really change the way he acts towards customers.

A little bit of heaven on a plate. The personification of class. I take my family here every Saturday it’s a tradition. I like to think of myself as an All-American man with all American family. Let me tell you this place makes us feel like we’re at home in any town usa. Every plate from top to bottom is delicious. My young son loves the The vegetable Boondhi to the point he will wake up in the middle of the night craving it. He even has a funny song about it. The staff treats you like your family. Bapu at The door is a sweetheart. He’s like The fifth member of my family

ZERO stars if possible! Order from here if you want: * your food to be delivered an hour and 50 minutes after ordering(I live 2 miles from the restaurant) * the driver to expect you to come down to the front of the building to pick up the food(after arriving an hour and 50 minutes later) * to pay for items and not receive them(ordered two raita’s — only got one; ordered an additional rice along side the one that came with the entrée — only got one) * to receive screwed up versions of what you ordered(ordered TWO vegetable raitas, got ONE boondhi raita; ordered plain naan — got greasy, dripping butter naan) * your paneer to feel and taste like rubber * your meal to be soaked in oil * extremely poor service As an Indian person who has eaten at countlessly many indian restaurants in addition to the gazillion home cooked meals of family and friends, this meal was one of the worst I have ever had. If you’re craving indian food, please do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else — really, anywhere else.

I’ve got to update my review. It’s been quite some time since my bad experience with these guys, and I’ve ordered several times since. Their food has been consistently better than most Indian spots around me who deliver. Their service has improved dramatically as well. Really recommend their Lamb Bhuna Gosht, whole Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Biryani!

$ 8 for a nice spread Indian lunch buffet. The variety is solid across the board. Always 2 types of rice, 1 lo mein, 3 chickens, 3 veggies, 1 lamb and sometimes a fish. There is also a full salad bar and complimentary nan bread. This place is a dieters worst nightmare bc the flavors are so good you cannot resist falling off the wagon and right into the Ganges. the spicy chicken with scallions and onions is the best. Richi Rich even without Dollar, you are in!!!(someone will get the ref i hope)

Well I suppose I better start by saying that I wish I could have actually tasted their food… We used Seamless to order $ 35.00 worth of food, got our confirmation number and email, and our delivery time which was 35 – 45 minutes. About an hour into waiting for our food we decided to give the restaurant a call just to check on the status. We had to try calling about 3 times because it rang a few times and went to a voicemail. Finally we got through to someone and she said our food was on our way. Didn’t bother even asking our name… but ok cool. We took her word for it. So we waited another 30 minutes, at this point we’re ravenous and frustrated. Still no food. We decide to call back and have to literally call the restaurant about 10 – 15 times before someone actually picked up and it didn’t go to a voicemail. We explained the situation to her and she said oh our online isn’t working we never got your order… we asked her to hang on for one moment and she either hung up or we got cut off. SO we called back AGAIN and had to call another 5 times before getting through. She finally explained that they told Seamless that morning their online system wasn’t working. We still got charged, got confirmed, etc. Now if they indeed alerted Seamless than it is mostly Seamless’ fault. But they get the 1 star for their blatant lack of care for their customers. If she didn’t tell us our imaginary food was on it’s way it would have saved us waiting around starving for almost another hour and having to go get crappy Chinese food because that was all open anymore. And who has to call a restaurant 15 times in a row before you can get someone on the phone?! That was probably the most frustrating thing of all.

This place is terrible. The food sucks. I got my drink after I finished eating and three waiters came to ask what fruit juice was. No wonder they don’t have customers. The food was cooked over from previous days and it hardly has any taste. No salt. No pepper. Terrible place to dine. I’m never coming back here again. The nerve of the waiters to ask for a tip. They never checked up on us and the food. I did not have napkins. The fork was dirty & the waiter seemed annoyed that my family and I was there. I hate this place they should close it down. No sells at all.

My family and I have been coming to this location for years, before it was Richi Rich Palace. When Château Royal switched owners, we wondered if the service would still be good, and it has. We have had a few occasions here under the new owners, and the service and food has been great. The rooms are spacious and nicely dressed. They recently turned the bottom floor hall into a restaurant. I recently was able to try the restaurant, and it was a great experience. The waiters were very attentive, the food was delicious and the décor was upscale yet modern. We came here for my father’s birthday. We had a number of appetizers, including a tandoori mixed grill. All the meats in this selection were soft and seasoned well. The pakoras were great as well. For dinner, we had chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, goat curry, chicken biriyani, and aloo ghobi. All delicious were very delicious, and the meat was very soft. I usually don’t eat vegetarian dishes, but the ghobi was very tasty. The only down side to this place is the parking. The parking lot is not that big, and if you come here to eat, and not a function, the parking will get crowded quickly. It’s best to just park on a nearby street. If you want quality Indian food for a good price and great service, try Richi Rich palace.

Food was good but not many options. No Biryani or chicken Tandoor. Would i visit again? Yeah maybe but would rather go somewhere with more options.

From what I can tell this place has been catering events for years, but recently opened up a dining room which offers up an $ 8.99 lunch buffet. The dining room is lovely and elegant. It was pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon The buffet included lots of Indian fare along with some items you don’t normally see at an Indian buffet like pasta, fried chicken wings and salad with multiple toppings. The food was good, some items better than others, but quite solid. The rice was a bit crunchy and the tandoori chicken was on the dry side. Some highlights were the fried chicken wings, butter chicken and the curry goat. The goat was melt in your mouth delicious; I’ve never had such succulent goat. The butter chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful. We were also offered naan when we were seated and a piping hot basket filled with naan was brought to our table. Service was OK, took awhile to get water refills and our dirty plates were never cleared. However $ 8.99 is a good deal to get a hearty tasty lunch.

They just renovated the place. I came in here recently for the buffet with a few friends after work; absolutely loved the food and the staff were super nice.
