Abe’s Test Only Smog Station

Stopped by early this morning but they were closed. After the posted open hours. Too bad since the last guy that helped me was helpful and fast. Maybe next time. 3 stars for last experience and this one.

TRULY GREAT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and here’s why:
I came in for a smog and a smog only. When I came in I knew I was going to get great service because of how polite the smog tester greeted me. It was a very quick service and not only did he smog test my car but he noticed my car was overheating. I let him know that I recently got into a car accident and my car started overheating the night before (about 2 days after the accident). Without hesitation after receiving that information, he checked my radiator because it may have been damaged. In fact, the radiator (which was brand new) was not damaged at all, but I had no coolant in my car. He let me know it was probably just a leak. Without that information, I probably would have paid a lot more to get my car fixed. Especially being a female, mechanics would take advantage of the little knowledge I have on cars. You don’t come across such honest people very often. I used the Unilocal coupon, but seriously would not mind paying full price for the excellent and honest service I received today. I even gave him a tip because of how happy I was with the result.
Come here if you want superb service and to be treated like a human being, and not just another customer.

Great service. I need smog immediately because I was leaving for a trip and couldn’t find a place to fit me in until I called this place. The staff was professional and very fast. The price was great too! I recommend this place 100%.

Talk about above and beyond! I came in here to get a smog check but the guys there helped me refill my coolant and window washer fluids for free. The smog check itself was incredibly quick and the cheapest price I found. All in all, felt like the staff was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. Highly recommended!

Needed a smog yesterday, so cruised down San Pablo and found Abe’s. I let them know that I needed the service to be quick, fast cause I was in a hurry…
I must say, excellent service at a great price. I absolutely recommend this place! The gentlemen there are very nice and accommodating.

These guys are awesome, good fast friendly service and have the best prices around, had a check engine light and they were able to tell me how to fix it the cheapest way

My grandmother’s car wouldn’t pass smog so instead of just taking my money they actually took the time explaining what I needed to get fix. Awesome people!
