Dan was very helpful and professional. He kept updating me about the status of my repair. All the staff were helpful also. Whenever I called in to ask a question they were attentive and thorough. I took my Toyota corolla to accurate auto body for repair… and this nice young lady name rosie assisted me on getting my car repaired… and let me tell you she is the BEST!!! She made me feel so welcomed and worried free. Not only that she was able to get me a $ 200 deduction off of me deductible!!! This young lady deserves a customer service award for the year and the years to come. She is just soooooo awesome. personality and attitude is just so bright and positive!! I would recommend rosie any day of the week if you need to take your car there!!!

I wanna like this place, it has great people. You can check on your car any time there open and they make you feel like their there for you. Great paint work and they removed all the glass that was in my car from the incident. The reason why I gave it only two stars was the back rubber piece that’s sits between your trunk and glass isn’t straight and there’s minor scratches on the driver side door that wasn’t there when I took it in, also a missing trunk liner clip that holds the liner and a missing rubber piece that goes between the passenger door. My rattle came back after they worked on it and Honda fixed it once before. My dashboard rattles like theres glass or something there it didnt do that before I told the guy I just never had time to go back for that issue but I think I’ll rather have Honda fix it. Also they put a new back tray that sits behind the back seats it rattles against the back window so many things they didnt do right. Most of the interior work they did, it all rattles. I told the guy to fix everything that was damaged in the car because it was all from the incident and he said he would fix it when I came back I still found some flaws but I blame my self for not being more observant. He acted like he wanted to save the insurance money, like fix it it’s not your money.

Wonderful customer service! Dan is super nice and tells you all the expenses and what will be done to the car! If you have AAA or any other insurance that is tied with them totally go there! I super recommend!!! My car looks brand new! HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE!

My car insurance company Allstate refer me to this place. I was skeptical because why would my adjuster pick this shop not others. Therefore, I did some online research and noticed Accurate Auto Body has the most reviews and all of them have 5 stars. Therefore, I decided to give a try. I called and made an appointment to get estimate. On the first day to the office, I was greeted right away. They looked HAPPY to see me on a Monday morning… very rarely in other places. Then I was introduced to Dan. He was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable also teaching me some lessons about car. Yes… it is good to learn new things everyday. :D After he was done estimating. I felt comfortable with place and decided have my car repair at this shop.
Although it took almost 16 days to repair and mean while I did get some update calls, but I wasn’t worry and don’t mind waiting because I feel my «baby”(car) is under good hands.
At the day of pick up, Tiffany (Dan’s wife) has called me 3 times to ensure my car will be ready by the afternoon. I can tell she is a hard working woman that care about their customers’ cars just as her own. She was very patience with me when I have questions, concerns or need some help with paperwork after days of the service.
Over all experience is excellent especially I was able to see my car’s transformation from before and after. The shop also provide guarantee work. I am SO thankful with people at this shop did such an outstanding work. I believe what comes around goes around. Genuine people at this shop will always receive good Karma and be blessed.
Ohhhh…Yes for recommendation to all of my friends or family… even to a stranger on the street that is looking for super awesome body shop. ^_^…

I Just has a wonderful Surprise by Accurate Auto body, I drove up to request that my loose bumper on my car be tighten and reinstalled back into place. (it was hit) Tiffany from the office comes out to take a look and then she called Ricky a technician from the shop and he starts to right away re install the bumper on my Prius. I asked Tiffany how much I owed her and she said it was nothing she was glad to help me out. Tiffany and Ricky WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I haven’t seen this type of character in businesses in many, many, many, years. I will recommend and not forget Accurate Auto Body in Richmond CA. Also the staff is nice and professional.
Their shop is clean and I found out Hanlees Toyota sends their cars to them for repairs. I feel that they are an honest and High Quality Body Shop!!!

Accurate Autobody (AA) was one of the choices given to me by my insurance company. Shortly after filing my claim, a female representative from AA called me right away to start the process. I dealt with Ed, and was impressed with the family run atmosphere, customer service, and quality of work.
Ed kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and the estimated cost of repairs. About 10 days later my vehicle was ready and it looked like it came off the show room floor. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the check out process was fast, efficient, and I even received a «goody bag» with water, snacks, stationary, and a pen. Ed told me that AA works with an special needs school, and they «bag and tag» these bags for them as part of job skill training. AA gives back to the community, worthy of a 6^th star rating on Unilocal IMO.
While I never hope to get into another car accident, at least I know that quality, reliability, and superb customer service is close at hand. Thank you AA!

I drove up[ and met Rosi. Who was immediately nice, friendly and very helpful. showed my small problem on the car and she had it taken care of right away. then and there. I would highly recommend this company jsut based on her and the service. She also was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing.

They did a beautiful, quick repair to our car. Saved us a lot of money and did the job right. That’s not always a combination one receives from a body shop. Their facility is beautiful, clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Give them a call!

At first, I picked this shop because it was AAA certified, and they are the body shop of choice for Hilltop Chrysler. I’m glad I picked them because customer service was excellent and they did a fantastic job with my metallic paint!
On the customer facing side, Dan was extremely thorough with his estimate. After I brought the car in, he called every other day with an update. They finished on time as promised by end of Friday.
On the body shop side, I met Miguel. When I picked up the vehicle, he introduced himself, and took pride in his work, and asked if I was happy with the result. I definitely am very happy. And in the event I need body work again, this body shop will be at the top of my list!

Good old fashion customer service, detail to the little things and quality service is a hallmark of this company. I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and care of the staff. They were organized, thorough and communicated all phases to me while my car was being serviced. They worked with my insurance company and scheduled my rental car, and seemed to know who I was when I walked through the door. They repaired my body damage, internal damage that was not evident by looking at the outward damage and they cleaned my car inside and out.
When I came to pick up my car they allowed me to leave the rental car at their location and arranged for the rental company to pick up the car from their location. This saved me time and energy — I really appreciated it. But it doesn’t stop there, they gave me a $ 50 discount off of the deductible. But it doesn’t stop there, they gave me a little gift bag with several goodies like a calendar, post-​it notes, pen, snacks, water… who does that?
But it doesn’t stop there, they offer a lifetime warranty on all their services. The staff was vibrant, attentive and just good old fashion polite. I would give them my business in the future and certainly recommend others.

We got our car done from here the insurance was being very unsupportive but Tiffiney really took car of our car. The work shop went out of there way to even pay for some things out of there pocket. I would really recommend this work shop also ask for Tiffiney really nice lady easy on the eye. But I would give 6 stars if I could.

Okay, so a couple of small things went missing from my car. Nothing too expensive, but I never heard back from the owner — Edward Cichon — about my concerns. Still left with the question,
«Why would my car have an additional THREE miles on the odometer after five days in a small auto body shop?»
The repairs seems fine, but I can’t recommend this place.

Obviously from the owner reply, then, Accurate admits never responding to my letter and driving my car off site for other than testing, safety, or delivery.
