WIsh I had seen their reviews on Unilocal before I paid them. THIEVES! This company is a SCAM — stay away — I am a LivingSocial victim too. They don’t even list an address for the business on the website(maybe that’s how they have avoided getting reported). Same experience as other reviewers(lost $ 300) for a half completed job.

ZEROSTARS. The same as others, I found this company in living social. Original call I made to schedule was 2÷13÷16 and we had to wait until 3÷16÷16 for our appt. The day prior we did not even receive a phone call, simply an email saying they could not make it and to please call and reschedule. We did as the email asked and rescheduled for 3÷21÷16 between 8am and 10am. At 12:30 I called and was pushed to voicemail and have yet to receive any response. At this point I feel like I was robbed. This is past the point of poor customer service and is more as if they do not even realize what customer service is. This will be the 1st time I have ever wished Unilocal had a ZEROSTAR option.

DON’T USETHISCOMPANY! Terrible service. Bought a chimney cleaning via the Living Social deal and needless to say, this company was the worst. I received calls from the company saying they needed to reschedule my appointment 2 times over the course of 2 months. Each time the call came the day before my original appointments, so I had already taken time off from work to plan to be home for the technician. On the third appointment day I waited at at home for 2 hours(window was 12−2pm) and nobody showed up. I received a call 30 minutes later when I was back at work and the technician said he was late because of traffic. He was driving from Richmond to Charlottesville which is an hour away and he had a two hour window to call and let me know he was running late, but never called. He said I could call back to reschedule, but I have had enough and am attempting to get my money back from Living Social. I highly advise against using this company. Wish I could give 0 stars but oh well.

DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY. We bought a drier vent cleaning amazon local deal thru them, and had the WORST experience. The technician that came out was basically a crook. Although we had already PAID for the service through amazon, he insisted to my husband that it was going to be $ 40 to complete the service. Now there WAS a stipulation on the amazon deal that said if your dryer vent was over 20 feet, you had to pay an additional fee for each foot over. So I asked the guy(over the phone, I was not home) if the $ 40 he was demanding was due to our dryer vent length, and he just said«yeah». So I hung up feeling very confused. A few minutes later, he told my husband that our dryer vent was only about 6ft long. But still demanded $ 40. My husband said he would have to wait for me to get home because he only had a $ 20 on him, and the guy said«okay I can do $ 20» and left with our money!!! Unfortunately my husband did not know that I was on the phone with the company owner trying to work everything out. The company owner agreed that we owed ZERO dollars outside of the amazon local coupon and that he would call the tech to let him know. Well at about that time, I got home and noticed the work van was gone. As I was griping at my husband for letting him leave with our money, the company owner called back and said«i just talked to the tech and he was confused about your coupon but he understands now that you don’t owe anything so we’re all good». To which I said«did he mention that he JUSTLEFTWITHOURMONEY?!» Apparently not. So the owner calls him again, calls ME back and says the guy is heading back to our house to return the $ 20. That went on for THREEDAYS people. Every day I called and asked when he was coming, every day they were«surprised» that he hadn’t already done so, and they would«remind» him. Well eventually I called amazon who gave me all of my money back including the $ 20 that was stolen and apologized profusely, though it was not their fault. The technician that came to our house LIED about the cost(obviously, since he was so willing to change the price), and then STOLEOURMONEY. Crooks, all of them.

Bought as a Living Social deal. They called the night before and confirmed the appointment. Left work early for the appointment and they never showed nor called to let me know. I called and they said the technician was sick. I rescheduled and since I had already taken time off for nothing the first time asked them to call my cell before they came and they said that wasnt a problem. They called my work without leaving a message. When I called to follow up they said(with a lot go attitude) they called me several times on my cell(I had no record of any missed calls) and that they would come by in an hour. I waited and again a no show. I called all of the numbers I had an all went straight to voice mail. This is twice I have waited around for hours for nothing. I am beyond frustrated.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought this deal on living social, and called and set up an appointment. Well a week later they called and said they had an earlier opening and scheduled me for it. The day before I received a call stating there technician had to leave for a family emergency and rescheduled me for a month out. Today they were finally supposed to be here between 10 and 12, no body came I called and they told me 2 they will be here and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a Living Social deal. Took time off work for the appointment. They NO-SHOWED for appointment and I did not even receive a courtesy call to let me know what was going on. Voicemail box was«full» and not receiving mesages, no other way to contact them through website. Had to go through Living Social representative to get a hold of the vendor at which point I learned that«the technician called out sick». A professional business would have notified their customer. Would NOT recommend this company.
