My bf and I love this place! I went for my first time today for the 15 minute chair massage and I let her know ahead of time to be gentle and she was. I have nerve damage in my neck and I walked out pain free.

Seems like the therapist here aren’t fully trained. Last time I went here the lady made my back spasm for 2 days. When I told her what she was doing was hurting me, she laughed and kept doing it. It’s cheap, but definitely not worth it! Pay a little extra elsewhere, trust me.

Not enough people work here. Have to wait long periods and you can’t get what you want. I really needed an hour massage and after trying to understand the woman, it was only a half hour. I’ve had better at this place. Turn over is high and just when you, think you have someone you can work with. Bam, they’re gone. Could be better, its a shame they are not. They have had to turn four people away just while I was here.

I had been on my feet pretty much all week and they were a bit on the sore side. I walked by this place while shopping and went in on a whim. She did an amzing job working all the kinks out of my feet. I felt like dancing when she’s finished. I will definitely pop in while shopping again.

Not sure what to think but I went today around Noon, only to find out I had to wait 30 minutes to get a chair massage? I go to the one at Stoneridge Mall, they always have people there ready to do massage but not at this location? I need a chair massage and this was close to work… so disappointing…

I went to a similar business in Walnut Creek last year and it was terrific, especially for the price. My sister, who came with me, said it was better than the massage she got the previous week in Calistoga or St. Helena. Anyway, I tried this location, as I’d seen it in the mall some time ago, and they were pretty good for a quick fix and very reasonable prices. I like the one in Walnut Creek better because there was more privacy. This one is in a mall setting so it’s a little more open, except for the stalls for table massages. But, I’m probably going to try to go today with a friend to work out those back and shoulder knots from during the week. :-)

Working in a Sales environment I think alot of people know that it is a very stressful environment. I remembered walking into the mall and seeing people get massages I walked into the mall and said this is exactly what I need. It was great, so great in fact that I want to make it a monthly ritual for myself. Very soothing relaxing and revitalizing!

I saw listings for the other Quick Fixes in the Bay Area except for this one near where I live in Richmond. That’s why I wanted to put this on the radar. I am usually a frequent customer of the stores they have in Stonestown Mall and the Tanforan Shopping Center because their proximity to my job, but when I am at home on my day off, I usually go to this hidden gem in Hilltop Mall. Their service is pretty much on par with their other locations(their foot massages and body massages are awesome!), except this one is almost always empty when we go there. I would think not because their massages are not awesome which it is, but because not many people know they exist there. Now that I put this review up, I hope this branch gets busier. I highly recommend this place. They are one of the few reasons I go to Hilltop Mall these days.
