I love a company that does quality work in a timely manner and maintains great communication. This is customer service at its best.
Artistic Stone design did just this. We went to the showroom after they were recommended to us by a neighbor. We were impressed with the time the salesman took with us both before and after our visit out back to the Stone Yard. We had many questions and he listened and responded to each one in detail but in a manner that we could both understand. After other renovations were completed or at least scheduled, we contacted him back and we were given the template (measurement) date. The president of the company came out himself to measure and create the template for both of our projects. The installers came a week later and were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were considerate of our home and our needs.
