Batteries Plus

So far everything I’ve bought has turned out great. Watch batteries, AA batteries, AAA and bulbs, very small bulbs. Much more reasonable than a number of other watch places. Very happy! They have the tools to fix any battery operated watch. Thx.

Have been to this store twice in the last week. First time to replace battery in my car keychain, and today to find the obscure and expensive bulbs that go in our kitchen light fixture. Both times the employees were helpful and friendly. Service was fast. And the prices were well BELOW other stores like Target and Home Depot. Carry all sorts of batteries, light bulbs, and chargers for everything you can imagine. I will continue to go back!

Batteries Plus is THE place to go for anything that even remotely relates to batteries. These guys will solve your problem and make your wallet as happy as you are.
I have been to two of their locations in Northern Virginia and have always been impressed by their knowledge and customer service, though this was by far my best experience yet.
I had an issue with my Honda key FOB (for those who don’t know, it’s just the remote lock/​unlock key) since the battery died and I could not for the life of me open the key (I even stripped the screw a bit). Hoping that the people here would be wiser/​handier than I am, I came to them on a rainy day for help. Not only did they explain why I had such a hard time (Honda uses soft metal on the screws and sprays them with Locktite to ensure you have to come back to them for battery replacement to drum up business, seriously Honda, you suck), they got it open, replaced the battery, and sealed it back up again in less than three minutes. The cost? $ 7, when it would easily have taken an hour and cost me $ 30 or more at Honda.
There’s a reason this chain has been seeing awesome growth and expansion over the years, and experiences like mine DEFINITELY help them keep that going. Batteries Plus, you have my loyalty and I will send anyone I can your way. :)

Pros:
–Smart/​great/​quick customer service (a true rarity).
–The price is MUCH cheaper than you could find anywhere else.
–Went there for a motorcycle battery a while back as well, and these guys know their stuff when it comes to vehicles should you need help with one.
Cons:
–Literally nothing. I don’t think they could have made the experience any easier or better. I NEVER get to say that.
