As we were driving my granddaughter back to school after spring break, her phone, which already had a cracked face, became inoperable. Not wanting to leave her at school without a phone, and it being 5:00 on a Sunday night, we were so pleased to fine Batteries Plus open. Gavin could not have been nicer, and he and Malick took care of the problem in about an hour. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service. We would highly recommend them.

I needed new batteries ASAP for my bike spoke lights for Halloween a couple Fridays ago and this was the only place I knew that would have the batteries I needed. I needed those flat circular batteries, no idea what size or battery power but I just showed them an old one and they knew exactly what I was looking for. I am not sure if this is true for all types of batteries they carry but for 10 batteries for my spoke lights it was $ 30! That was very expensive. or maybe I just don’t know the current going rate. But I wanted them so I had to cough up the money. Friendly and quick service. P. S.- they just starting fixing cracked phone screens but I am not sure what kind of guarantee you get or what the price range is.

Do you hate shopping? Then this is the place for you. No more wandering through Lowes or Home Depot looking for the bulb isle, being told it’s on isle 5 and finding it on isle 9. This place is straight to the point. DISCLAIMER: The name has changed to Batteries and Bulbs. Same place, same store, just sells bulbs now! I walked in, was greeted 2 feet from the door. Handed the gentleman my bump and he walked me right to it. I saw this happen for most others that entered as well. Bulbs were a bit pricey — although I didn’t compare the same type to your typical Home Depot. They were some special bulb that apparently my landlord loves to use(with special fixtures). Anyway — don’t want to have to shop at all? Then this is your place. Quick, Easy, Pain Free.

Place has been here a while. I used to drive by and think how could place that just sells batteries survive. Several years later — I get it. Great customer service and every battery that goes in anything. I needed an obscure watch batter — had it. Lawn mower — found it. Always helpful finding stuff too.

The car battery on my Toyota 4Runner died today at the car wash near Batteries Plus and across from a Toyota dealership. Because I needed my car to be fixed immediately, I went to Batteries Plus rather than the dealership after my car was jumped. I was seen promptly, and my battery, although leaking acid and not functioning, was cleaned and tested. I was surprised that I wasn’t just offered the first battery on the shelf right away. The gentleman who was helping me tested my battery(it failed), explained why it failed, and then told me my options. The battery that was best for my car was $ 76 plus a $ 10 installation fee. I had the option to get a cheaper, less powerful battery. The battery also came with an 18 month warranty. The gentleman was very professional in his installation. The entire process probably took about 20 minutes or less. Although I hope my battery never dies on me again, I’d gladly go back to Batteries Plus. They also have other batteries — laptop, camera, disposables, and battery recycling.
