We are thrilled with the quality of the Caesarstone countertops that Bay Countertops installed in our kitchen recently. Beautiful thoughtful meticulous craftsmanship (there were some adjustments that had to be made on site by the installers due to contractor changes after the countertops had already been fabricated) along with patient professionalism on the part of the boss, Cesar, made for a great experience with this company.

These guys are great! Junior answered all my questions when they came out to template on Friday. Today is Thursday and they were just here to install my quartz countertop. The joints are like 1 mm and Danny, the «Picasso» of epoxy had a whole palette of different color epoxies to blend into the best match possible. He did an excellent job! My contractor told me to check out how the edges are mitered in and how this makes the best looking edge. The usual way is that two pieces of quartz are joined so that you can see the line. I’m very happy with the way my countertop turned out!

They have so much experience in the field and they ensured that I was 100% pleased with their work. I’d highly recommend them and I cannot wait to hire them again. During our bathroom remodel we worked closely with George and Cesar.

Cesar was twice scheduled to come out and template. Both times he stood me up. First time he had some dramatic excuse. Second time I never heard back. Total flake. Proceed at your own risk unless you don’t value your own time.

Danny and crew did an amazing job on our challenging bathroom renovation — from giving helpful, friendly advice on selecting & laying out cuts on our onyx slab, to the perfect installation of our 9′ long one-​piece countertop and shower niches. He was even able to slice some pieces down to half-​thickness for our fancy backlit /​translucent light panels… all with honey onyx, a beautiful but extremely fragile stone. It’s the centerpiece of our bathroom and Danny’s work was truly flawless, all at a very fair price — I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I LOVE these guys! They are professional, courteous, timely… just all around great guys. I had a countertop company double their price and reschedule me for a month from the original install date, needless to say I cancelled them but had to find someone quick. Bay came out the next day to template and installed one week later. They went out of their way to help us out in a terrible situation. I would recommend Bay to anyone and I look forward to working with them again. Great customer service still exists :)
