I called these guys on the recommendation of a family member, who had used them and raved about them.
I only needed a service call/winter check on our heat pump, but booking the call was easy, the staff are polite, and they were able to see me next day. On the day of the visit, the engineer was a little late, but the weather was nasty, so I wasn’t too concerned; he checked everything out, made some recommendations, and was really helpful overall. I’d have no problems recommending these guys to friends and family, based on my experience and that of my family member that used them (he said he’d give them 5 stars)
