I had to wait for 10 minutes for this app to download, because even though I pay for 8mbps down I rarely get 3.
If you need assistance sucks to be you.
I called 22 times in a row before, left emails and voicemails but nobody ever answers. If you’re internet happens to go out after 5:00 pm or God forbid on the weekend you are shit outta luck. They don’t believe in providing customer service, or you know service at all.
Do yourself a favor and move somewhere where you can have real internet, it will be less of a hassle.
update: have been trying to get ahold of someone since the end of December, still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. 4 voicemails and 5+ emails not to mention I called repeatedly for 30 minutes one day and nobody would answer.

They never answer the phone. Service is horrible. You can leave a message all you want but don’t expect to receive a call back. I guess they are too busy for customers.
