Sent an email at 10 PM Friday. Stated I needed help opening a side door for which I lost the key. They were out here by 9:30 AM Saturday not only did they open the door they were able to adjust the lock to match my house key. Reasonable price quick service.

These guys were a life-​saver! I was locked out of my condo (just moved in a week ago), and they were fast, courteous, and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation by over-​charging me. I was back in business within a half hour, and by a nice gentleman — this is how customer service is supposed to be. Seems that’s been lost over the years.
I will always, always, always recommend these guys to any and everyone!

I found Brother’s locksmith through another site and purchased a deal. When I arrived at the property, I realized that I was locked out. Luckily, I already had an appointment set with Brother’s that morning. The technician arrived on time, sprayed some WD-​40 in my lock and opened the door. Then he installed an electronic deadbolt lock that I bought and re-​keyed my bottom lock. For approximately $ 120, my house is secure again. I am a happy customer.
