When I moved into a new office location the landlord agreed to replace the carpet. Knowing that landlords by nature can be very frugal I was convinced I would have to supplement the landlord’s budget with my own funds in order to obtain a decent carpet. When I arrived at Carpet Contractors the owner Nick Botaitis patiently educated me on what criteria to consider when purchasing carpet for a commercial space and he gave me such a great price on the carpet I selected it was not necessary for me to supplement my landlord’s budget. The landlord was so impressed with my choice of carpet and the price they ultimately purchased common area (stairs and hallways) carpet from Carpet Contractors instead of the carpet retailer they have used for many years. The installation was completed on time with personable and professional installers… and Nick followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the product and service. Josh Nagler is what makes Carpet Contractors so great. We just finished installing hardwood floors throughout our house, and we could not be more happy with the final product. Josh was the ONLY person that came over to our house for the initial measurement and assessment that thought long term about the floors we were putting down and how they should be installed. Other installers told us we should use the glue down method (using a glue that would completely block any moisture upwards) on our concrete slab downstairs. This is totally fine (minus the fumes from the glue that would continue to seep through the floors any into our bedrooms), but if you have a lot of moisture breathing through your concrete slab, and all of a sudden you block it from going upwards, you are forcing that water to go somewhere else… like out the side of your house. I was so impressed that Josh was thinking not only short term, but long term about the foundation of our home. SUPER COOL. Not only does he know everything there is to know about hardwood, he is a kind man that truly cares about the work he does, and his number one goal is to make the customer 110% happy with their investment.
