Great service, great selection of carpets and very fast turnaround. I have purchased custom area rugs from Carpet Cuts for my art studio and our home — really very nice people to work with and are knowledgeable about their products. I have always used Carpet Cuts and their service comes with a «peace of mind» because they are local ~ really very nice people; friendly and no pressure.

Horrible experience with Doug at Carpet Cuts. Awarded him a job to install $ 700.00 worth of carpet/​padding in a bedroom at a rental condo 5 minutes from his shop. Asked him to pick up condo keys from my home office mailbox since he was doing the install first thing in the morning. My office is one block off the road he traveled to in order to reach the condo. When I called to confirm he completed the job and returned the keys he stated I could come to his shop to get them. He indicated he had already done me several favors by picking up the keys, cutting seam at his shop, having to go to the job twice to measure (first time key did not work), blah, blah, blah. I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone, and would not use his services in the future. He indicated that was fine, and he didn’t care. Then he called me back to say he was delivering the keys back to my mailbox, and proceeded to get snarly and argue with me! Very rude little man. Should have used Jeter’s Carpet like we normally do for our rental portfolio. They are very accommodating and appreciative of the business.

They are a great local company. Carpet cuts has completed two jobs for me and I happy with both. They completed a carpet installation in 2014 and it still looks great. I just had a new kitchen floor installed (the previous floor was installed in the 1970s) and it looks fantastic. They are no drama contractors and never sneak in extra fees and costs outside of the original quote. I also appreciate their sales approach because there’s no pressure and they want you to be happy with your choice. Their prices were also lower than Lowes!
