Great customer service and a friendly and patient staff. Dr. Gates is great. I will be returning and recommending him to friends/​family.

This is a very convenient location, and Dr. Gates was very friendly and professional. This location is right above Carytown Optics, which has a great selection of frames. My visit was during my lunch break, and I was able to finish my exam with enough time for lunch and to get back to work. This doctor is better than any other optometrist I’ve been to in Richmond.
