Chick-Fil-A Stratford Hills

Fast food is fast food is fast food.
If you must eat fast food, then Chick Fil A does not disappoint. The restaurant is clean, despite the side of town it’s on. The staff are friendly and they get your meal to you quickly.
My tip is to go inside. It was deserted, even with the drive through wrapped around the building. I’ve never had a high opinion of drive troughs or the people who utilize them. ;-)

Great service on average, I go there a few times. a month. However, I left my wallet at home and called ahead to see if they take Apple Pay and was told they do. When I got there after a 20 minute drive I was told they don’t take Apple Pay. Luckily, the McDonald’s down the street does take Apple Pay.

On our way back to NYC from a trip we HAD to stop by Chick-​Fil-​A. This was our first time trying it.
I ordered the Spicy Chicken amazingness. I’m more of a burger girl, so for me to actually enjoy a chicken sandwich says A LOT.

Slipped up and went back… big mistake… ordered grilled chicken combo with lemonade, six piece kids meal with milk and a large fry. When asked I stated I would like 4 CFA sauces and 4 honey roasted bbq sauces. They got kids meal and fries right. But not sauces. THEN I get home and the lemonade is the diet lemonade and the grilled chicken sandwich is a fried sandwich with cheese! Really!!! This location gets it wrong more often than they get it right. I’m done!

A peaceful oasis of Chick-​Fil-​A goodness! This location is staffed with super nice people, the restaurant is very clean, and the best part (at least when we where there) it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed a peaceful date night, along with some older patrons.
The drive thru was hopping. For those with kiddos, there is a play area.

I take my daughter here several times a week, usually thru the drive-​thru. The service is good, orders accurate and they sometimes give small children balloons. I live in neighborhood.

Its kinda good that i take lunch late, this place is a ghost town around 4. Needless to say, the service was good. Nice, open, big dining area. You can sit just about anywhere and watch your kid in the play area go bananas. The entry is bad, there’s no direct way in or out. Pretty average Chic Fila in my book.

Its interesting how much the customer service and product of a particular establishment can improve when a review is posted on here or on an organizations website. I was in a hurry this evening and had to stop by this particular Chick-​Fil-​A. Typically around the time I stopped today is the restaurants busy time. I went through the drive thru and there were no cars at the ordering window. After placing my order, there were three cars in front of me. It took less than a minute for the drive thru worker to serve the three cars in front of me as well as give me my order. I happened to peek inside the restaurant while at the drive thru window and the staff were hard at work: a far different scene months ago when I waited 15 minutes for my food and there were restaurant staff aimlessly standing around. When I got my food, the food was fresh and hot. I’m very impressed how much this establishment has improved over the past few months. FOUR STARS.

Please learn how to put the sauce and ketchup I order into my bag at the drive through, you idiots. So sick of this *(@#).
